“We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top.”

“The room was located next to the elevator that made noises that woke us up. Rooms are small and the balcony door was hard to open. When I complained they said they thought they fixed that sound but as it was creaking it sounded like a hoax. The only good stuff is the bar and restaurant but they're open to the public and not a part of the hotel. The only good thing was the Hemingway daiquiris. ”
