“Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Check-in ist etwas umständlich, da man erst im Einbahnstraßengewirr von San Vito die Agentur finden muss. Danach findet die Schlüsselübergabe am Haus statt. Dass es die angegebene Hausnummer gleich an zwei Häusern in 50 m Abstand gibt, hat dabei zu Missverständnissen geführt. Bei Problemen ist die Agentur aber immer...

“This is house nr 17 that we have rented in italy and by far the best. Excellent house, close to the beach and San Vito have many superb restaurants and a nice city Centre. Francesco and his parents where wonderfull hosts. Francesco is also a sommelier and had a wine tasting session”

“The rental is on the second floor and has a rental below. The terrace view is amazing and we spent a lot of time just basking in the panoramic views. Well equipped rental. It's a short car ride to San Vito Lo Capo where it's very busy and lots of people. It was great to have a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of San Vito. If we were to go to San Vito again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.”

“The property owner Vito was very responsive to emails and quick to address any issues in person. The Villa is in a lovely location, just a 15 minute walk from the beach. The garden is lovely and a great place to eat in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay.”
