“This was the perfect place to spend a week with the inlaws and my grown children. Everyone had room to have their own space but gather together for meals and games. There were many requests for mom to make the favorite meals and the kitchen was stocked so I could comply. The many deer that surround the property kept us all entertained as we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake.”

“* Warning, long winded* We loved our stay. The cabin is cozy with plenty of comfortable sleeping space and temperature control. The host was easy to get ahold of when needed, responded quickly, was pleasant, and even let us know when we had animal visitors. Lots of deer in the area. The place was stocked with basically all the basics we needed. We fished a little. Right in front of the steps is a spot you need to watch your step, otherwise the way down to the river is good. “Found this property while searching for a smaller town on the centerline of the annular eclipse and booked in February. From the beginning, Robin reached out and already gave us a great feeling about our stay. Days before our arrival, Robin reached out again to find out when we were coming and to provide directions. “We were ready for a short getaway and found the perfect one. When we walked into the cabin we just stopped and looked around, the most AWESOME place. It felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect and was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was right there. The stars at night were so vivid. We felt as the hosts were more neighbors, actually wound up feeling as though they were family. They made our stay amazing. We plan on going back to "Our Little Piece of Heaven" and stay longer.”
