The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (working stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery for 4, pots and pans) for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Great restaurants and supermarkets were 5-10 mins drive away. Best of all, we could walk out the backdoor to Lake Johnson Park.”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”

I had a few suggestions such as Curtains and a daybed or fold out couch for the sun room w/ curtains/shades for the windows - opt 3rd bedrm. Rugs would be nice and a few extra things for the kitchen - stronger garbage bags, a mop, but it did seem the finishing touches were still in progress. Thank you soi much!”

“This was a small upstairs apartment above Aviator resto in Fuquay! These are 100 year old apartments---I suspect these three rooms were a doctor's office one hundred years ago---very interesting!! The room was GREAT--noise from outside was NEVER a problem---the apt is like daylight from two large skylights---the stacked washer dryer is new---and proved very useful!! Everything worked---no complaints---the price was great!! You will have some long 50s style steps to get up there---but I am 79 and...
