The owner is a pleasure to work with, accessible and very responsive. Minor issue that we had was addressed immediately. Look forward to returning again!!!”

“Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

“The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Mucky Duck in Captiva was a delight at sunset.”

“This place was amazing. Super clean, fully renovated so everything is new and the beach is out the back door. Front parking right by the condo. Had everything you could possible Ned or want. The property manager was great and addressed our needs which were very few, actually only one! Will definitely stay here again!”

“DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company.”

“The home was welcoming and a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If I go to the area again I will stay here again. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also did a shelling day and sunset cruise with Captiva Cruises and they were both excellent and they too were within walking distance.”

“Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections”

“Love captiva . South seas is under constructions but coming back . No internet in our room during our stay. South seas needs to provide trailer parking if you rent a boat slips as in the past.”

“The location, house, amenities and everything else associated with our stay at this home were perfect. We were in regular communication with the owners via text, and any question was answered within a few minutes. The pool, hot tub and private path to the beach (2 minute walk) were the highlights. Views of the gulf from the second story and even the kitchen were welcome surprises. We will be back again for sure.”

“The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely...
