Bra motel med nära till det mesta
Bra motel men bra läge mellan stad och strand. Santa Cruz har ju ett "speciellt" klientel under nattetid med rätt störande element, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.

Nothing special about this place. Not that close to the board walk. There was dirty tissue on the bathroom floor when we got there. Looked kinda better than a motel 6 but overall not that great. Does have a pool even though it says it doesn’t which was good. Parking at night time sucks. Front office guy said people sneak their additional cars in and street parking looks sketchy. Homeless around the area so beware. Lack of restaurants or coffee shops near by. So yea nothing special to report.

The property itself wasn't horrible but they charged a $350 service fee. So in total a two-night stay was almost $600. Absolutely not worth it. Property itself is the same quality of a motel. 6. Except for they have three putting holes And a pool. Absolutely, do not recommend.

Arrived late at night to check in to see there is no front desks staff and you have to check in with a virtual assistant that isn’t on the property. Our first issues was our vehicle was too tall to enter the parking garage luckily there was an extra entrance that we could make it in and soon found out there were no spaces to park. With the park of town the motel is in, parking on the street was not an option. I reached back out to the virtual assistant and was told they have rules about vehicles and our vehicle just didn’t meet requirements for their parking lot.. and it was just too bad we already paid and they couldn’t issue any refunds . So we parked in the handicapped space for the rest of the evening. It was a VERY LOUD/ Eventful night filled with cops and people throwing up right near our door. Wouldn’t stay here if it was even free. Not a place to bring a family.

Quick and easy check in and out. The room looked very clean with new paint and hardwood floors. The bedding smelled fresh and clean. The indoor hot tub and pool area was a great bonus. I will definitely stay there again

Everything was fine. It’s great that you can bring your pets HOWEVER if you do, $40 A NIGHT is pretty steep truthfully. I paid the price of the room to have my dogs there. Had I booked through Wyndham, it would’ve only been $20. They should revise their policy.

Not terrible, but we would not stay here again. The neighborhood is sketchy, with people nearby living in their cars. Sink stopped up, bathroom light turns itself off during shower, toilet paper mount broken, parking lot is a lake when it rains. Had to ask for a blanket for the bed. Pool is nice, but doesn't open till 10am. Snacks and drinks in the office, but it doesn't open till at least 9am. On the bright side, it was clean, good size room, staff is fine. Nice city park next door for dog walking.

How rude and inconsiderate the person is AK front desk as well as the maid frances she was totally rude she yelled at me cursing me in Spanish because I asked her for towels I was just blown away how she was treating me like who the hell I went to front desk and they did nothing she gets away with treating guests horrible

property was quiet and the rooms have smart tv's in them. the indoor hot tub and pool was also a plus. a few outlets didnt work but that was no big deal. we plan on going back and taking the whole family!

Perfect hotel for budget friendly family vacation
We were unexpectedly pleased with the hotel. Our suite room was roomy and clean. It was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub during the rain. We will stay here again.
