Very convenient and functional (close to) airport hotel. Unfortunate location in what appeared to be an industrial area. I liked the free secure underground parking.

Everything was fine, the only problem was that the GPS was not very clear about how to enter the property. But it is not the hotel faults at all. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay

Excelente!! Un poco alejado del centro pero si tienes auto no es un problema, poseen parking gratis! Habitaciones súper grandes, limpias y modernas Desayuno muy completo, con zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido, que no muchos hoteles lo ofrecen

Personal muy agradable; habitaciones confortables y cómodas, pero a mi entender algo más grandes, hubiera sido mejor. En restauración, estaba bueno lo que habia pero quizás faltó ser un poco más amplia. Un buen sitio para quedarse en viajes de trabajo, donde obviamente lo que buscas, es un sitio cómodo pero sin exigir grandes prestaciones

Great hotel
Great hotel. Perfect location for access to the ferry port. Lovely staff, rooms and breakfast. Parking included. Would definitely recommend. Brilliant value.

Location for business trip
The hotel is brand new, room was comfortable, parking is a big plus. The lobby cafe is open 24hrs which is also very convenient. Service upon check-in was quick and friendly. However, there's a kid there who either hates his job or simply shouldn't be working with the public at the front desk (or maybe he was having a bad full week). Would consider again as I'm often in the city for business.

After I took a shower, I noticed water coming into the room through the baseboards. They did give us another room but the new room had a leak there also although not as severe. A little maintenance is needed.

Smart, clean and modern hotel and rooms. Very comfortable stay with a good breakfast. Looks out onto a busy road and railway station, but was not disturbed by the noise. Great for transport connections and close to the ferry terminal. I was not charged for parking.

Hotel con instalaciones nuevas, modernas, el espacio bien aprovechado. Nuestra habitación muy espaciosa y limpia, con cama y almohada muy cómodas. Gran opción la cafeteria 24 horas abierta. Cenamos un dia, comida sencilla pero rica y abundante, a precios nada abusivos. A destacar la atencion y amabilidad del personal, siempre muy atentos. Quiza algo a desmano del centro de la ciudad aunque hay bus y tren de cercanías o taxi (al centro 7-9 €)

No volvería ni recomendaría, el segundo día de estancia, no nos hicieron la habitación, sólo me cambiaron las toallas y de milagro. La zona de parking mal, no había aparcamiento, te tenías que buscar la vida por el polígono industrial. El desayuno mal, poca variedad en la bollería además los alimentos expuestos sin frío, para el embutido, ni calor para los huevos o bacon, cuando te los comías no eran apetecible. Los alimentos sin pantalla de protección por lo que si tenías que coger algo del fondo del mostrador te tenías que poner encima de los alimentos. No se si eso sanidad lo vería bien. La habitación es como un pasillo, la ducha muy indiscreta en mitad de la habitación y cuando te dichabas el sellado de la bañera no era correcto y el agua se salía por debajo de la puerta y la luz del WC en plan discoteca no dejaba de parpadear. Muy mal, era los últimos días de vacaciones y al final me llevo mal sabor de boca de Santander siendo una ciudad tan bonita por el pésimo servicio que ofrece esta cadena . He trabajado en la industria del turismo y le sobran estrellas.

Tolles neues Hotel, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Die Lage selbst ist zwischen Industrie, Autobahnauffahrt und Zuggeleisen nicht sehr toll. Die Zimmer für mehr als 2 Personen sehr eng/klein und wie reisten „nur“ mit einem Kleinkind.
