Det var andra gången jag stannade på det här hotellet! Det är väldigt bra läge om man vill se Danto Domingo och dess olika platser. Tyvärr så glömde jag min klocka i en utav byrålådorna! Ringde bara efter några timmar efter jag hade checkat ut. Tyvärr så vart den stulen av någon, så lita aldrig på någon på dessa hotel...För efter man har checkat ut så städas ju rummet så någon stal klockan!

Mitt i händelsernas centrum!
Saknar hiss vilket var lite arbetsamt när man har massa bagage. Lite snål frukost med lite mat som man inte blir mätt på utan obligatoriskt måste köpa extra för att bli mätt.. 3 halva rostade bröd med smör och en liten omelett, en kaffe (utan påtår) och ett litet glas juice.

This place was amazing! Yes, there is not an elevator, but that never seemed to be an issue for us. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was excellent, shower was hot and beds were comfy!!! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Perfect location. We will be back!!!

The hotel is a hidden gem. Super clean and wondeful staff. They waited for me until 4 am to check in and came outside to help me find parking. Love the rooms!! Amazing views and super comfortable beds. I will stay here again when in Santo Domingo.

I love the staff over there, I don’t remember the name of the person who took us to get something to eat around 3am. Very accommodating and helpful. Just kinda weird to me that the security guard was sleeping and it smelled like a feet when we walked in through the entrance. But all in all I love the facility

The best location above my favorite restaurant on el Conde. The best place to people watch in front of park colon where musicians frequently serenade tourists and locals for tips. Very cold ac in room. Unfortunately tv reception was inconsistent due to cable problems and tv had to be unplugged at night to darken screen to sleep . The room was on the small side but comfortable.

Location was convenient, safe, and central. Staff were friendly and helpful (bilingual). Only drawback was lack of an elevator.

Good Location, bad AC, no TV, bad entry system
Location is amazing but unfortunately there was no elevator, AC was very weak and switched off everytime we had to go out briefly so it was always hot considering it was 40C outside, no fan provided. TV did not work and staff couldn't fix it so we just had no TV for 2 days with no efforts to make it up to us. The entrance is terrible, most times we pressed and pressed the button with no response so we just kept entering thru the restaurant so to avoid the heat. Very noisy outside but that wouldve been no problem if service was better.

The location is VERY central, on one of the main square of the old town (zona colonial). It is great to go around and visit the city, but is is very busy with many restaurants, lots of people singing on the square, etc. So get very good ear plugs or do not expect to have silence outside of the hotel before 1 or 2 am. Even better go out to dance and come back only in the early morning. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and well maintained. There a no elevator, so expect to climb quite a few steps.
