It was okey
It was a great hotel but one of the staff wasn’t that helpful. Every question I had was like problem to her and I didn’t get any help. However the stay was good. The taxi service that was arranged when I arrived very late due to flight issues was great. SUPER nice man and so helpful

Hotellet har perfekt läge, trevlig personal. Plus för köket. Det enda vi var besvikna på var att städningen före ankomst inte var ok för så bra hotell. Spindelnät i hörnen,golvet ej rent, väggarna smutsiga sen tidigare gäster troligen barn som kladdat ner hela väggar med mat, fönstren utanför smutsiga troligen sen länge. Dessutom har vi bott på detta hotell massa ggr och varje gång klagat på frukosten som inte förändras... brödet inte nybakat, äggen kalla.. så att jättebra hotell som sagt med bra läge och trevligt bemötande men ställ krav på ovan annars kan man få bättre för samma pengar. Med små barn speciellt är dock köket och läget värda pengarna.

Kanonhotell, mitt i stan. 5 min gångväg till Bascarsija. Affär och bageri i närheten. Mycket smidigt hotell om man reser med barn då de har pentry med allt; micro, diskmaskin, spis... Kanonservice, fräscht,nytt,rent, skön säng. Det enda jag kan anmärka på är att frukost inte varierar så mycket från dag till dag och vi var där nästan 2 veckor. Stort minus är att brödet inte kändes nybakat och färskt,smulade nästan trots bageri precis bredvid. Så några ggr köpte vi frukost själva till rummet vilket inte ska behövas om man ger så mkt pengar för hotellvistelsen. Detta klagade vi på för 2 år sen men tyvärr är det inte ändrat. Kokta ägg kalla. Så ska det inte vara. Och sen reagerade vi på att städningen inte gjordes i större omfattning om man inte sa till tex att de dammsuger och svabbar hela rummet spec då man har bebis med sig som kryper på golvet. Dock var städerskan supertrevlig och mycket tillmötesgående när man sa till så tror detta är mer hotellets regler. Men som sagt absolut ett hotell jag skulle återvända till. Och det känns som ett lyxigare hotell med närhet till allt.

Allt kanon förutom en enda sak men den tar vi på slutet. Hotellet var mkt fint, personalen supertrevlig, läget kan inte vara bättre..allt nära. Gratis wi-fi. Kök på rummet. Det enda som var lite neg var att frukosten var helt ok men inget speciellt. Lite trångt med plats så kanske därför. Men detta kan vara pga alla har kök på rummen. Allt som allt får hotellet högt betyg .. det enda hotellet som slår detta är Bristol :)

Highly recommended!
Newly built hotel with excellent service. The staff are very friendly and service minded and speak English very well. Residence Inn is located in the city centre with mini market and an all-night bakery just around the corner!

Balkan från Sarajevo till Mostar
Juste hotell med bra storlek på rummen. Sköna sängar. MEN: Frukostrummet var mycket trångt under peaktid. Dessutom inte helt trevligt att så fort man lägger ned gaffeln så försvinner tallriken till disk. Kanske tänkt som god service, men jag gillar det inte av någon underlig anledning.

Good business hotel but without restaurant
New and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff in the reception. there is no restaurant at the hotel and the ones nearby doesn't accept credit card. Cash is needed.

The staff has unique culture and work ethics you would not find even in most trendy hotels. It's unique experience you have to feel. Staff is so natural and welcoming (not artificially as you may experience with some other chains). I would rate it 10 out of 10 even if they cost 10 times more. There's no amount of money that can replace normal relaxed interaction with staff that will go forth and back to accommodate your needs. Rare to see these days, even at most expensive resorts around the world.

Otel Saraybosna merkezde harika konumu ile her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Yürüme ile baş çarşı / teleferik / toplu taşıma araçlarına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odalar tam ekipmanlı mutfak. Oturma alanı, yatak, çalışma masası, yemek masası, büyük ekran tv, çok iyi banyo tasarımına sahip ve aşırı geniş yaşam alanına sahip. Yatak, nevresim takımı, kuş tüyü yastık tertemiz. Konum olarak sessiz sakin bir bölgede. Otel çalışanları aşırı saygılı ve sevgi dolular. Kahvaltı çeşiti bol ve resepsiyonda sıcak içecek ücretsiz ve sürekli mevcut.
