“First of all, the house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was such a time saver. It gave us so much more time to spend at the beach instead of commuting. The house was very clean and welcoming. The decor was super cute and beachy. It was stocked with games and books and there is free wifi, which is always appreciated. There's a beautiful screened in porch with a great view. And you can see the beach from the wrap around front porch. Also, there were three bedrooms and plenty of beds...

“We have no complaints, it was a beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable home. Room for my family of 8 including grown children and grandkids. Plenty of room for us all. Nice deck and downstairs to relax and spend family time. The house is not on the beach side of the highway so we had to walk quite a distance across the highway with our grankids to the beach access. Though it sits center in a neighborhood, we felt that privacy was adequate and enjoyed the fenced in yard and privacy gate...

It would bea great bonus to have the doggie yard mowed and mosquito spray in the area to help the dogs from getting bitten so badly. Other than that, we loved every second of our stay!”

“The house looks great! The owner was awesome about a AC issue. It wasn’t blowing cold air. She sent the AC guy immediately that night. He said it needed to be replaced, the owner (host) had it replaced the very next morning! Overall this was a great stay for my family and I and would recommend it to everyone. My ONLY cons are the master bedroom bed. It dips and its not very comfortable. But the room in beautiful! And the water filter in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other then that...
