“Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。”

“Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.”

“Very impressed with this villa. It was large enough for our family of 8 and very safe for an adventurous 1 year old. It was extremely clean as the cleaner and pool man attended daily. Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. “We just loved everything about our stay at Kayumanis. We were a bit unlucky with the weather due to that it was rainy season it rained quite a lot all the time.
