“We had an amazing long weekend in Jim Thorpe at High Street Guest House! Plenty of space, huge bedrooms, wonderful daylight throughout. Kitchen & bath were perfectly equipped. Innkeeper Chad was available to assist with a few quick questions which was much appreciated. 4 adults & a brittany loved everything about the stay and hope to return soon!”

“We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the response time was quick. We had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a funeral, but it was nice to have a place to relax and plenty of space for my 2 year old grandson to move about. I will definitely return again to stay here to visit family on a more delightful note.”

“Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff.”

“Property was great and the nature around us was amazing. The mile walk we did from the house was amazing as we saw a fox and multiple deer and spots to view the beautiful creek. Super relaxing. We had cooler weather in the front end of the stay and 80s by the time we left. Fire place would have been great for the cooler times but we couldn’t get it to light but that might have been us since we aren’t used to propane. Decor was amazing and house was very clean.
