“This home is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Views are amazing from the home and the walk to the cliff is perhaps 2 minutes and the beach just a few minutes more. The area is serene and at most you see a few joggers or a couple other people hiking. The office was a perfect place to take a few morning calls before a lovely breakfast on the beach. We didn’t cook a full meal (we picked up chowder and crab sandwiches in Bodega Bay to bring up with us), but the kitchen was well appointed...

“The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos.. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The owner was extremely responsive when we contacted her for an issue and offered options for resolving the problem immediately. All in all, we would highly recommend staying here.”

“Less than half a mile to the sea and Timber Cove Lodge with sweeping coast and sunset views, fire pit, delicious food, drinks, games, and more. Hiked all day at Salt Point state park. Retreated into the woods with our own hot tub. Just perfect.”

“Clean, well equipped and comfortable, we totally enjoyed staying here. We brought our own pack and play and portable high chair for our one year old, so the house worked for a baby. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck for star gazing. The ants are not really a problem -- they are being managed with ant traps throughout the house. The only caution I would give is that the dryer emits a very loud whine, so we ran it when we were out of the house. Perhaps it needs a new belt. Wonderful VRBO stay!”

“Sea Ranch is magical. It’s so easy to leave city life behind as soon as you step into the life and routines of Sea Ranch. The Bluffs is perfectly located with gorgeous sea views and easy access to the trail which is over 10 miles of beauty. The house is fully equipped to cook and incredibly cozy. Loved all the seats and corners to sit and read. We loved our stay.”

“Great value. The views up and down the coast are amazing. Not a huge space, nor fancy, but it is perfect for what it is. The primary bedroom is very nice, but I chose to sleep in the loft. For the view. If I am back in the area I will definately try for this rental first.”

“This beautifully-aged classic house must be one of the originals. It has definitely stood the test of time, and has been well-maintained and restored over the years. The view out over the ocean from the open-beamed living room, while enjoying a glass of wine in front of a gently crackling fire, evokes the spirit of the best of Sea Ranch. The house comes very well stocked, especially the kitchen, where a good cook can feel right at home. Truly a delightful place to spend a few relaxing days.”

“The house looks exactly like the photos - very pretty, lots of art. Upstairs has kitchen/living room and downstairs all the bedrooms are close to each other. Really nice place if you want to relax and have a staycation, the view is great - we saw whales in from the living room. There's not much walking distance, but there's coastal walks, hikes, and beaches nearby. Gualala is 10 minute drive with some restaurants and stores.”

“We loved the location - right on the bluff. The design of the house was the most unusual we’ve been in, but in a good way. It would have been nice to have a floor plan or more description of room locations in the property description. The house really needs a deep cleaning - lots of nooks and crannies for dust and spider webs. Also, the view windows needed cleaning to sharpen our view, caused by the salt air from the ocean. And as with many houses in Sea Ranch, there is a lot of water seepage on...
