I travel to Bellevue several times a year for some specific dental care. Last time I stayed at this property, all was fine. This time, not so much. At checkin, the reception person explained, almost accusingly, that any damage I caused would be deducted from an extra $100 charge put on my charge account. As an older person, I found this insulting, especially since I am a repeat customer. The fan in the room was so noisy, I considered asking for a different room. At checkout, the reception person was very slow, so I asked that my receipt be e-mailed to me instead of printed. Eight hours later: no receipt. I called the hotel, first was told they couldn’t find my reservation and to maybe check with Expedia, then they did find the receipt and said they sent it… but I have still not received it.🙄 I should not have to make multiple phone calls to resolve a simple matter.
