Perfect! That pretty much sums it up! The only con was that during our stay there was some construction going on. But it will be completed in Jun 2015. So therefore it is a transient problem

Enorme kamer van twee verdiepingen van alle luxe voorzien. Fijn bed. Beneden stap je van je van je terras zo het zwembad in waar je, letterlijk, een rondje langs de 14 bungalows kan zwemmen.

The villa was amazing and having the pool outside was wonderful. We had so much space and everything was catered for quickly by the staff. We had some issues in our room when we arrived but they were fixed by a team of workers very quickly. Our room was cleaned and refreshed multiple times a day with bottomless bottled water which made everything a lot easier. Breakfast was good and had many choices. The hotel was very private and quiet. While there was a pool bar it was not open for drinks just the complimentary afternoon tea (which was great as a small late lunch) and the restaurant was only open for breakfast which was disappointing although many other choices are a short stroll away. If you like a little bit of a crowd and atmosphere this is not the place for you, there is a lot of space and even though all villas were full it felt 'empty'. I would also be mindful if you are a lighter sleeper as prayers start at 4.30am everyday and were very loud. While during the day they were lovely in the background, we were not able to sleep through them and they continued for around 20 minutes at a time. Overall a wonderful location, a great hotel and we loved our holiday.

Private and exclusive with the pool just in front of every villa. Quiet and peaceful with beach in front as well.

Agréable mais mauvais rapport qualité prix
Bel hôtel mais un peu vieillissant, la villa est spacieuse cependant ce n’est pas une villa pour 4 à la base puisqu’il n’y a qu’une chambre (en mezzanine) et deux petits lits ont été simplement rajoutés dans le salon...pas terrible pour le confort de tous!

Die Villen war sehr schön und die Anlage mit dem Pool sehr gepflegt. Nur der Strand und die Stadt haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Das Restaurant Tempaktu direkt gegenüber der Einfahrt zu den Pool Villas ist geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen.

A lovely hotel, we stayed 7 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool villas are great for a family holiday, lots of room, everything you need, jump in the pool from your lounge terrace - fantastic! Lombok is recovering from the earthquake last year, this hotel is unaffected, beautifully maintained, wonderful lagoon pool + gardens. It was lovely sitting on the terrace looking at the pool, gardens and hills above. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts - our waitress in particular was very helpful and looked after us every morning. A highlight is the beach restaurant with evening BBQ and live music, a lovely way to end the day. Great food, sunset, sun-downers and great music.

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic service
The resort is gorgeous, with a beautiful river pool meandering right outside the door of your spacious villa. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

The staff were excellent from the moment our transfer arrived at 1am. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and maintained every day of our stay with daily cleaning and evening turndown service. Breakfast was freshly made each day with service staff and chef accomodating to our gluten free needs. Afternoon snack and tea/coffee in the pool was a welcome break from the stress of lazing around the pool. The staff made the effort to learn our children's names which made a big difference to their experience. Thank you for a wonderful week in your resort.

From the minute we arrive ( very late) we were greeted and treated with 5 star service, our room was more then we expected and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious the pool was right on our door step but private at the same time. All staff were very friendly and nothing was to much to ask. We would definitely recommend Pool Villa Club to our friends and stay here again.

ブラインドがいくつか壊れていた。換気扇の音がうるさかった。シャワーヘッドがすぐに外れる。入浴中に虫除けスプレーをするために勝手に部屋に入られる。お部屋の掃除の際にコーヒー、紅茶の補充がない日があった。 しかし、スタッフのみなさんは感じが良く、ゆったり過ごせました。また利用したいヴィラです。

Had a wonderful Long weekend stay here. Villa was exceptional. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, food choice quite limited. Only breakfast at the villa club. No evening meals. Had to go to main resort restaurants. The Italian was ok, the local restaurant hardly seemed to used for evening meals. But we did have late lunch there which was really nice.

We had a fantastic stay at the Pool Club Villa. The moment you enter the property and walk through the well maintained grounds you feel a sense of calm and relaxation. I couldn't find any fault during our five-day stay. The staff were friendly and gracious. And the location, just steps from the beach was great. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfasts and had some delicious dinners near the beach at the adjacent partner hotel. We were happy with the location on the island, and they offered free, secure, on-site parking for our car. The Pool Villa Club exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend. We would hesitate to book again if we were to return to Lombok.

Perfect stay at Pool Villa Club
The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.

잘 관리되고 있는 고풍스러운 호텔
고풍스러운 가구가 잘 관리되고 있는 높은 등급의 호텔이었습니다. 아직까지 지진 여파로 인해 투숙객이 많이 없어, 호텔의 레스토랑이나 풀바가 운영을 하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 주변에도 수리중이거나 문을 닫은 식당이 많았습니다. 롬복 승기기 지역의 빠른 정상화를 기원합니다. 복층 구조는 호불호가 갈릴 듯 합니다.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough to help you. The food within the hotel was first class and the resort big enough to have lots of space to walk around.

Where to start....so many people to thank for truly memorable 4 nights at the Pool Villa Club in Senggigi Beach. Absolutely gorgeous villas complex in a serene and tranquil environment only steps from the beach. This resort is owned by the same people that own Garuda airlines, being greeted and assisted by Garuda representative at the airport was a nice and appreciated touch. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Special thanks to Sumarta at the front desk for his attentive service. He went beyond our expectation several times to ensure we had a memorable stay. Whether it was golf cart rides back to our villa or arranging excursions like shopping and fast boats tours of the Gilli's his service was exceptional. We made a mistake the first night as we arrived late. We decided to venture off resort to a spa directly across the street from the front gates. Unfortunately the massage was lack lustre and the spa was not very clean. This was rectified the next day with a visit to the Kita Spa(on resort) which was brilliant. Thanks to Heni F. for getting my kinks out....I am always amazed of how the smallest girls give the strongest massages. Lastly I would to express my appreciation to Wahyu at the pool bar for his friendship and afternoon coffees. It was really nice to get to know you and Iluh and I wish you the best for the future. Truly looking to forward to our next stay!!Show less

I was surprised to see how big the pool villas were. Our family of 4 had more than enough room. With two levels we never felt crowded or in each other’s space the whole week we were there. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and wonderfully kept. The flowers and orchids Everywhere were a just beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Super staff & property close to beach & town
The staff was super friendly & helpful, the villa extremely spacious and comfortable, and the location close to the adjacent property with the beach access & spa. I especially enjoyed the lazy river out my villa door, and the watching the sunsets from the sister property cafe. Breakfast was okay, lots of fresh fruits and fresh made customized eggs. The beach in front of this property isn't that nice for swimming, but less than a 5 minute walk along the beach front sidewalk and you have a great beach with lounge chairs, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

3/28-3/30の2泊、家族4人（夫婦・小学生・幼稚園児）で宿泊しました。 小さな子供連れの家族が多かったように思います。 ホテル外やビーチに、沢山の押し売りする人がいてます。ちょっと、うっとぉしぃです。

Schöne Villen ist bester Strandlage
Die großen geschmackvollen Pool Villas sind abgeschlossener Teil einer größeren weitläufigen schönen Hotelanlage (Kila) alles in bester Strandlage. In der Nachsaison Mitte November war es schön ruhig dort. Gute Gastronomie. Aber man sollte unbedingt auch andere Restaurants an der Bucht besuchen. Alles in besten Zustand und unbedingt eine Empfehlung.

Nice Hotel
The service in this hotel was outstanding. Two people in particular were Newbie and Phi were superb. If this hotel and Lombok as a whole want to compete against places like Bali, they have to clean up their beaches and surrounding area. On the Far East side of the beach and the Far West side of the beach was decent but in between was not acceptable. The rooms were very nice and spacious.. The sunset to the west side of the property makes the trip extremely memorable. Again, assurances that the beach area is cleaned up will get me to come back.

Excellent property with very friendly staff
It is an amazing property. Worth the money. Very comfortable stay, excelled beach restaurant, great food, excellent service, very good breakfast, very helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Kids loved it. The villa was excellent, very comfortable beds, nice Jacuzzi, very spacious. Sunset restaurant (Basilico) served excellent food. One of our best stays till now. Looking forward to be there again.
