Absolutely didn’t meet our expectations, the price per room has been raised tremendously (due to COVID and all the actually decent hotel are booked), but the service and overall quality has nothing to do with luxury and worth a 3 star hotel level tops.
Miserable management staff at the reception that just yells and defends their hotel and does nothing to help a customer, from check in to requesting a cabana we received a horrible experience.
Overall hotel staff has no experience, barely understands English or Russian, we always received wrong orders. Hotel is over booked right now, forget social distancing- buffet is a joke, small room with guests climbing on top of each other to get eggs and cheese for 15 mins. Food and liquor quality is a cheap cruise or airplane food level.
Room cleaning staff is overwhelmed, goes in and out of rooms in 5 mins, doesn’t vacuum floor, forget about disinfecting anything.
Hotel in itself has very basic amenities for Belek area, Only positive side was the miniclub and miniclub entertainment personnel.
Overall, do not overpay for this hotel-not worth it , we are def not coming back here.
