“This villa is located halfway up the steps to the village of Corniglia. It overlooks a garden and has a water view. It is conveniently located to explore the other towns by train or walking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and there are several small grocery stores in walking distance (up and down the stairs) to purchase local foods to self cater.”

“Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

“This beautiful villa with it's amazing garden and surroundings was perfect for us, a family of four. Everything exceeded our high expectations and the host, Luigi, was so kind and helpful. For us, travelling by car, the free parking was very valuable. Everything you could possible ask for was available in the house and waking up to the stunning view and having breakfast outside was just perfect! “perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.”

“We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. Stay a whole week to enjoy this property and the towns near by. Thanks to Alberto for sharing this home.”

“Vermieterin ist OK, sie reagierte immer auf die Whatsapp Nachrichten. Die Baustelle nebenan war ab Morgens schon immer sehr störend. Hornissen an der Ausswenwand frassen sich durch das Badezimmer, was wohl schon vor unserer Ankunft bemerkt wurde (Loch wurde mit Papier und Zahnpasta geflickt). Die Tiere wurde dann leider von der Vermietung getötet. Der Garten ist super und auch der Pool (beheizt wäre es noch angenehmer gewesen). Es gibt Platz für 2 Autos und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Wie jedoch...

“Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the many balconies and in the pool. “Fantastiskt läge, utmärkt restaurang och fantastiskt trevlig personal/ägare. Självhushåll, men den vidunderliga utsikten från rum och uteplats kompenserar med råge den lilla obekvämligheten. Vill man går det att äta både frukost och middag på restaurangen. Om jag bara skulle kunna övernatta en enda natt på hotell under återstoden av mitt liv skulle det bli här. ”

“The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. ”
