Bra område, utmärkt service och bra pris
Litet trevligt lägenhetshotell med sköna sängar, eget kök, TV med program även på engelska, wi-fi, lugnt läge trots nära Jing An templet. Mycket vänlig service.

Located at the easiest accessible point by metro and good for other entertainment areas, I would definitely recommend this hotel for any guests travelling for pleasure.

A great choice in central Shanghai
The location is good, the environment is full of tasty food and especially the service the excellent. I borrowed the umbrella from them, they call the taxi service for me, I have the late check-in and very early (5 am) check-out ) while everything is well done. And the price is very reasonable with a thumb up.

この度はお世話になりました、 スタッフさん皆さんいい人で滞在は問題なく過ごせました、ありがとうございます^ ^ ただ連泊の変更は面倒でイライラしました。 サイトとの連携はなんかいい方法はないかしら。すべてお客さん自身でやりとりをしないと変更できないのはつらすぎる。 次回の為でもこの問題は解決できるともっといい旅できるでしょう、期待しています。 私は今度の体験で、中長期の旅、これからは連泊最長で三日まで予約するつもり、万が一、手続きは楽の為、皆さんの参考になれたら嬉しいです。 最後、ホテルのスタッフに感謝の気持ちを込めてありがとうございました。

初めてとまりましたが、ビジネス客には便利です。
今回は仕事で宿泊しましたが、地下鉄の駅からはわずか5分の便利さが気に入りました。一階が飲食店となって結構夜遅くまで開いていますので、静かな環境を求める方には向いてないかもしれませんが、仕事でいく分には全く問題がありません。朝食は近くのカフェもしくはコンビニで買えます。

Convenient but too many problems
Convenient for getting around as close to Jing’an Temple & the metro station. The first apartment was a large room with a bookcase separating the sleeping & living areas. The toilet was poor & wouldn’t stop flushing initially. But, we arrived back c10:30pm on our 2nd night to find water dripping steadily from the ceiling. A staff member came quite quickly but didn’t really want to move us till the next day until we pointed out a 2nd new damp patch. She then moved us but it was a much smaller room than we’d paid for, though mercifully no leaks and a better toilet. I assume it would have cost us less but there was no offer of a refund. There weren’t any staff available when we checked out & we couldn’t hang around as we had a train to catch but the security man downstairs took our key card and gave us our deposit back. The walls in the 2nd apartment were heavily scuffed and both apartments needed redecorating. The ceiling of the 1st apartment showed very clear evidence of previous leaks which wasn’t very encouraging but was prescient for what happened. I’d like to recommend but I think they need to put more effort into maintenance to make it good value for the price paid.

Très agréable séjour près du Temple Jin’an
Résidence conforme au descriptif. Situation centrale et proche du métro. personnel pour le check-in anglophone. Appartement très bien équipé (pas de sèche linge mais étendage), l’isolation phonique avec l’exterieur est légère mais la rue est assez calme. Climatisation. on a laissé nos bagages en consigne le jour du départ. Très bonne literie. Wi-fi ok. Bref on conseille : très bon rapport qualité -prix.

Our small and cosy apartment with kitchen was right in the centre of Shanghai in a very convenient location near the subway and by a very impressive temple. Nice upmarket area. Great value for money Very well maintained. Daily cleaning. Helpful staff who speak English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay there.

Never stay again
Air conditioner is noisy and also outside noise was heard clearly. A cockroach was found in bath tub and it is alive. Quilt looks clean but a little humid which made sleep not comfortable. Overall the facility were out of date though well equipped of kitchen and washing machine.

熱水供應有問題
第一晚shower head壞了, 晚上11點櫃台人員還想說隔天再處理, 但我要求馬上來處理, 櫃檯就來看看順便換個shower head. 水壓很小, 結果熱水器有問題, 沒有穩定熱水, 洗著又冷又熱的澡度過第一天晚上. 第二晚我再反映熱水問題, 晚上10點櫃台又叫我去試試操作一下熱水器, 我重開了, 剛開始熱水又停了,還好後來有熱水了. 第三天晚上熱水又發生問題了, 太晚了就忍著. 第四天一早就要求換房間, 因為水壓太小又沒熱水, 但櫃檯說沒房了, 今天會請師傅來修. 晚上回房間確認已經修好了. 建議check in 要馬上確認熱水問題...

Nice Service / Good Communication 満足いくサービスでした
I had nice stay at Ladoll Service Apartment! There are clean facilities and staffs are able to speak English. I sometimes encountered a problem in communication because most of people could not speak English at all... So, I had been helped by staffs in this hotel. (Ex, called a taxi / told me a way of bank) Location of this hotel is close to Jing'an Su station far from 5 mins away on foot, and it is so convenience to go to central area in Shanghai.(Republic Park / Nanjing West Road) Room space is enough for me. There are kitchen and laundry in my room. Bath room is clean as well as other facilities. Furthermore, shower's water pressure is same level on my house. I hope to stay again when I back to Shanghai again!! 大変満足できる宿でした。 施設も多少古いながらも綺麗に掃除されていて、英語が通じるスタッフばかりだったのも大変助かりました。 加えてキッチンやランドリー施設もあるので一週間程度の滞在の場合でも少量の荷物でこちらで洗濯をして着回すのもアリかもしれません。 上海では英語が通じない機会が多く、中国語のみという場面にかなり遭遇します。 その時に代わりにタクシーを読んでくれたり、道を教えてくれたり等大変助かりました。 ロケーションも静安寺という有名なお寺とその地下鉄駅のそばで、歩いて５分程度の場所にあります。 夜は静かでぐっすり眠ることができました。 上海の中心地である南京西路や人民広場からも近く(地下鉄で5-10分程度)値段の割にとても満足いくお宿でした。 上海へ立ち寄る際にはまた利用させてもらいたいと思います。
