“Adorable, remote, comfy beds, gorgeous view. Electricity and water worked fine. Wifi was spotty (bring a book and a CD player, haha). A great way to test out whether you should go for the tiny house lifestyle!”

“My husband was doubtful about booking in the country over a garage but really it was great for us and our small dogs. The place was roomy and Debbie has put a lot of attention to detail. Everything we might want was right there. Including a great view of Mt Shasta and Lassen from the deck. The location might not be for everyone - can’t walk to a cafe - but it was 10 min from downtown Redding and our dogs loved going outside off leash around the building. We would choose it again. “The guesthouse was just as described in the listing, and offered my fiancé and I everything we needed on our four day trip to Chico. The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, close to downtown and area attractions, like the One Mile Swimming Pool. We could get to restaurants and shopping within five minutes by car, so all amenities were nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the property again.”
