When we checked in we were told there was construction and to excuse the mess. We were not informed there were nails/screws and glass in the parking lot by the door I was recommended to park by. My dog was traveling with us and thankfully he didn’t get anything in his paws and we didn’t end up with a flat tire. The hot tub wasn’t working which I was told at check in. The pool had no lights on, in the pool and in the room where the pool is located. It didn’t seem safe to swim in a room with no additional light so we did not let our son swim. There was a used tissue on the floor by the bed when we checked in. No disinfectant to clean gym equipment after use. Difficult to get questions answered at front desk after check in.

Stinky water, broken computer
Nobody cleaned my room for 5 days. Shower drain sluggish. Tap water smelled like sulfur. Business center computer not working. Breakfast was mass produced processed food.

More Attention to Housekeeping, New Carpets Needed
The entry, lobby, breakfast room were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and took care of needs and concerns as best they could in a timely manner. My room was better than my friends room which was not at all clean. The carpet was stained corners not vacuumed. Dead flies on window sill, stained tub. Bedding clean - bed comfortable. Good location, great restaurant next door.

Swimming pool needs painting & updated. Breakfast good other my adult son had to take care of getting other guests coffee made and filling their cups. Coffee was completely empty and to high for some guests to reach. Also, had to refill biscuits and many other food items for other guests. Side door area filthy inside and out. Garbage full & not emptied during our 3 day 2 night stay.

The hot tub was filthy even though it didn’t appear that it rarely used. The carpets were visibly dirty in my room as were the comforters.

Overall it was clean and nice. Lobby was nice, breakfast was good and clean area. Rooms were decent Pool area could use improvement. Looks like they maybe get hard water so orange around tiles of pool and bottom, rust areas a bit run down.

Let me say I have never left a review on any hotels that I have stayed at. Im pretty easy going and dont get too uptight about anything, but this hotel was a joke - Room#1 - I did not get the room I had requested. We had a reservation for a room with 2 queens and a full size sofa sleeper. We were given a room with 2 beds, no sofa sleeper. In that room, it smelled, the frig was leaking water all over the floor and there were obvious cleanliness issues. I went to the front desk and they verified that it was the wrong room and were able to get us switched. Great... Room #2, Sofa in new room was a joke. full size frame with crappy twin size mattress on it (way too small for fame) and this room had lots of issues as well. Dirty- random splatters of who knows what all over and broken tv. I complained at the front again and lady at desk wished there was something she could do but since it was booked on Expedia, she was unable to do any type of refund or discount. If I could have found a room with 3 beds in a different hotel, I would have left but nothing was available. Overall stay was hugely disappointing. Overall building was maintained poorly. Stairwells were filthy and smelled like smoke. Lady at front desk was nice but I would NEVER stay here again. It was a joke. Gross, gross, GROSS!

The check in lights were off the entire time we were there and thought the attire was very off for a hotel. The pool looked dirty on the bottom like sand. Previous customers hair accessories were on floor which makes me think it couldn't have been vacuumed. When asking for towels i was grilled on what they were for .

After check in, we headed to our room. Upon opening the door, we discovered the room was already occupied. We went back to the desk and got a different room. The exact same thing happened to my daughter who checked in momemts before us. This concerned us the entire weekend, thinking someone else could get into our room anytime if the mistake happened again. When my other daughter checked in she got a room with 1 king instead of 2 queens and she had 3 kids. We told the desk but they had no other rooms so i exchanged rooms with her since we had 2 queens. Dirty towels in two rooms when we checked in. Soap or dirt was dripping down a wall in the bathroom. Chairs in the eating area were stained and filthy..every chair had stains. While desk help was friendly, they were far from professional both in speach and appearance. No one was in any kind of uniform and i dont think i even saw name tags. Large pile of cigarette butts by the outside door along with over flowing garage cans. One of the queen beds was very saggy in the middle. Even the kids said it was uncomfortable. Soda didnt work. Large pot holes in parking lot are tripping hazards. I questioned if sheets were changed between visitors.
