"I spent 3 weeks at the hotel solo in a double room and have no complaints. Due to the big Time zone difference I ended up booking my stay as one day too early, but after a short wait upon my arrival I could check in no problem. The staff was very helpful and most of them (cleaning staff not included) seemed to understand English just fine. The room might feel the slightest bit cramped if you are a larger person (I am 6'1"/185cm), but nothing to really complain about. There is a restaurant at the hotel with a breakfast buffet you can eat at every morning for a fee with a decent selection. "

"Great option if you want to live in the center of attention of Tokyos nightlife and easy access with public transport. Room is very small but good for the price. A little bit sad that they did not allow people with tattoos in the onsen/baths on the 28th floor. "

"Hundred Stay was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Shinjuku area. Our room had a striking view and the facilities we needed to cook and store food for our 1 year old baby. Cleaning/towel service was great. The front desk were always very willing to help and booked several dinner reservations for us. We used the communal dining area when we needed the space and washing machine/dryer facilities were a little out of the way but very useful. Proximity to two JR stations made travelling around Tokyo so easy. I really appreciated the central location without the overwhelming chaos of downtown Shinjuku. "

"Well located hotel in Shinjuku. It’s important to know that the rooms are small. We were aware of this, but still had to puzzle a bit to be able to unfold our luggage in a comfortable way. Surprisingly large bathroom with both bathtub and shower, which was a nice surprise. Can get a bit rowdy around the hotel, which is the case for the whole area in general. Close to the station which also has direct trains to Narita if you fly in via that airport. Perfect hotel for those who will not spend too much time in the room, but has all the amenities and is easily located to get around Tokyo. Also, very good price."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. Clean room and a great view from the 11th floor where I stayed. Room was very small but not a problem.People at the front desk were great. Especially the woman 🙏 that found my lost Sony headphones when I had given up all hope (forgot to ask her name). Nice rooftop bar"

"Great location. No noise between the rooms. Small rooms, small bathroom. We stayed at a room to the back. Could only hear the ambulans sometimes coz there is a hospital near by."

"Good location, good price with public bath included. Not the best area, a bit sketchy people on the street outside. Just ignore & walk by and ure fine."
