Not worth it
Inte ett femstjärnigt hotell. Långsam incheckning, extremt trångt vid matsalen och både bestick och glas slut alla dagar. Fick vänta för att få bord på frukosten.

Great hotel right in the city center! Close to a lot of sightseeing sights. Ridiculos price for the laundry service. Paid more for that than for a night at the hotel. Othwerwise very nice and clean rooms.

Sköna sängar och bra läge
Detta är ett mycket välplacerat hotell. Det är fräscht och känns modernt. Närhet finns både till Raffles City Mall och Funan Mall såväl som Clarke Quay. Rummen är, som sagt moderna och det enda som egentligen var lite drygt med själva rummet var det dåliga vattentrycket i duschen. Front Desk känns tyvärr inte speciellt professionella och de är inte speciellt service minded även om de inte är otrevliga. Vi lovades VIP Benefits när vi bokade via hotels.com men väl på plats fick vi inga benefits, vilket var en besvikelse. Städningen av rummen var medioker, men badartiklarna på toaletten var trevliga och det fanns två flaskor gratis vatten varje dag på rummet. Jag upplever inte att detta är ett femstjärnigt hotell, men läget är värt mycket och likaså en trevlig takpool.

Singapore in February
Stayed here for 4 nights mid February. Some renovation still going on, but nothing that bothered us. Great location for exploring Singapore and very new and fresh rooms with great design. Didn’t get the mobile app (which controls everything in the room) to work, so had to use the panel on the wall. This was a bit annoying if you were in bed and needed to turn off your bed light, since it was a few meters away. All and all a great hotel with great staff.

Excellent in every way: beautiful and comfortable with classic charm yet very modern facilities and the friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered—hotels in the US could definitely take lessons from them! Also very nice shower & lots of lights in the room - unlike most hotels in the US today that feel like a dark cave. Oh, and the breakfast is great! Special thanks to Hema and Marnani for their help but truly everyone showed wonderful hospitality.

My third time staying this hotel. Love the walking distance to City Hall Stations as well as steps away from park. Walking distance to restaurants area like Clarke Quay and Raffles City Mall. Will stay again for sure.

The hotel was very clean, food was great, breakfast had great variety, and the rooms/bed very comfortable. If they can work on speeding up the check in process, I would happily give it 5 stars

An excellent location. Concierge and reception were very helpful. Dining - breakfast food was ordinary - dining area too small with the result there was queue from about 8.30 am. to get a table. Room was nice. Automated lighting system slightly confusing and lighting especially in bathroom not bright enough. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool area.
