Mycket bra men under renovering
Bra hotell i bra läge med bra poolområde. Receptionen är serviceinriktad. Servicen i poolområdet är långsam. Det som drar ned betyget under vår vistelse är att hotellet är under renovering. Mycket byggarbetsplats. När den är klar blir det troligen bättre.

The hotel is pretty out dated and the rooms need a major upgrade/ renovation. The cleaning standard is not good at all for a “5 star” hotel. Our room was very humid that it made almost all of our things and the bed entirely damp which was very strange in my opinion. Apparently this level of humidity is standard for the hotel. We had to request a dehumidifier that got full halfway through the night.

Hotell i yppersta världsklass
Ett av dom absolut bästa hotellen jag någonsin har bott på. Rekommenderas starkt. För det första är läget optimalt och helt perfekt. Mitt i smeten och gångavstånd till typ allt känns det som. Poolen är högsta klass, så skönt chilla där i poolområdet efter att ha utforskat staden i ett antal timmar. Rummen är väldigt stora och jättebra. Sköna sängar. Bra badrum med bra tryck i duschen. Vi hade både separat dusch och även ett badkar. Riktigt ljusa rum. Och väldigt rent och prydligt. Bra städning. Vi hade Harbour Front View-room och utsikten var yppersta världsklass. Helt magiskt! Jättetrevlig personal på hela hotellet. Väldigt bra service. Kunniga och bra concierge. Frukosten är också den i världsklass. Hur stort som helst, finns alltså flera olika bufféer. Jättefin och stor salong/restaurang där man avnjuter frukosten. Perfekt start på dagen. Som sagt, ett av de absolut bästa hotellen jag någonsin har bott på alla kategorier. Rekommenderas starkt. Och nära även till tunnelbana och bussar. I princip precis utanför dörren. Vi är ett aktivt par som vill utforska staden mycket och länge och detta hotell var en perfekt bas och utgångspunkt för oss. Boka in er på Pan Pacific och njut! Och upplev Singapore, för staden är helt underbar!!

Very lovely. Check out staff is not trained to work under pressure. Shahirah was not able to contain her emotions with calmly assisting customers. There is no need to be passive aggressive to customers. We do not know where lines are. Thanks.

Excellent. Prompt service. The business lounge provides a full bar abd the best food options I have experienced in a lounge. The lobby is very busy but the pool area is lovely.

Located near Marina Bay Sands, this hotel was really conveniently placed and had good transport links to get around Singapore very easily (a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT which had links to two train lines). The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were superb. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this hotel was (38 floors), and yet was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We even got a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely!

Great stay in a lovely hotel in the centre of Singapore. Fantastic location - everything is pretty walkable and there are a few MRT stations nearby if you want to go a little further. Minor gripe was that there isn’t much storage in the room, so for us travelling as a young family with Singapore as a stopover, we found ourselves tripping over our cases a few times.

The staff really goes out of their way to help you out.. That’s fantastic. Singapore is expensive, but it’s worth the expense because it’s clean. safe and people are nice. lots of walkable options close by

お部屋からマリーナベイサンズやガーデンズバイザベイも少し見えて、昼も夜も最高の景色でした！ 複数のショッピングモールへの連絡通路があるためとても便利な上、暑い外を歩かなくてもよかったのが快適でした。 また、フロントでは言葉があまり通じなくても対応が本当に親切でとてもありがたかったです。 またシンガポールに来る時はパンパシフィックを選びます。
