Great location and standard.
Great location in the city center close to the Metro, Marina Bay, restaurants and shops. Nice pool and tennis courts.

Vi var där för F1 loppet Singapore Formula One Grand Prix 2019. Hotellet ligger kanon till för detta race och restaurangerna i downtown ligger tätt.Helt 100% hotell service,renlighet, restaurangerna är kanon.

The habour views were spectacular from my room. You can't beat the location connected to a large mall and MRT. It provided the perfect location after our Asia cruise. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and steam room which were complimentary in the spa.

Hotel room w/ nice view being tallest building in Singapore. Supposedly luxury hotel but bathroom toilet not impressive just looking like one in budget hotels, telephone operator not sure if rectangular box beside refrigerator might be a wine cooler but said it was not in use(so I don’t understand why leave it there?), perhaps old batteries in tv remote caused tv not to respond quickly. Most importantly, Hotel staff need to be more polite, helpful(including especially the suited usher guy in Stamford Brasserie last Feb 3 happy hour time), & improve their service. Delays at check-in w/ self-service machine, staff slow to assist & wasn’t able to allow at 1pm & we were told to come back at 3pm & after we did our request to be put on a room higher than the 36th level(out of more than a thousand room 70 story Hotel) was denied outright.

This is a great hotel in many aspects, I would give it a 5/5 except the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep and at the end of the day that's the most important thing.

友達と2人でラウンジアクセス権のある部屋に滞在しました。ツインベッド希望のリクエストにも応じて頂けました。英語堪能な友人がホテルとのメールのやり取りをしてくれました。部屋は60階のリバービューで、マリーナベイサンズ屋上プールとフラットレベルでの素晴らしい眺望です。 ラウンジは65階です。朝食、夕食とても美味しく頂きました。バイキング形式で中華、アジアン、洋食が中心です。サラダのお野菜が新鮮で、ドレッシングの他にビネガーと何種類から選ぶオイルでオリジナルドレッシングも作れます。それがとても美味しいです。もちろん眺望最高です。朝はコーヒー、紅茶、ソフトドリンクが、夜は17時〜19時半までワイン、ビール、カクテル、コーヒー、紅茶、ソフトドリンクが頂けます。外のレストランでビールが11ドル程ですので、ラウンジアクセス付きのプランの嬉しいポイントです。 夜はマリーナベイサンズの光のショーを眺めながら頂けるので、優雅な気分が味わえます。 またシンガポールへ訪れる事があれば、リピートしたいホテルです。

Tolles Zimmer auf einem Executive Floor. Die dazugehörige Lounge ist offen und luftig gestaltet, wirkt nie voll, verfügt über hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal und serviert leckere Snacks. Komfortable Betten und zweckmässige, d.h. leicht umstellbare Möbel. Einziges Minus für uns waren der Mangel an Ablageflächen im Zimmer (man könnte unter dem Fernseher der Wand entlang problemlos ein kleines Sideboard montieren) und der Einstieg in die eher enge Badewanne. Eine separate Dusche gibt es nicht und für ältere Menschen kann es anspruchsvoll sein, sich in der eher engen Badewanne zu duschen.

We chose this hotel as we were dinning at Jaan the restaurant and for its central location. Unfortunately our start was not good we had cockroaches in our room. The staff explained they had cleaned the room of cockroaches earlier so that did not fill me with confidence to stay in the room. When we raised it with the manager he was very apologetic and moved us, provided an upgrade, breakfast and a drink. The upgraded room was not as good a view as the previous room and looked well used, but it was clean, a bit larger and cockroach free. The hotel is well located to MRT train links and shopping areas though.
