Dear Sirs, Thank you for choosing our hotel and thank you for your review as well. We would like you to know that our guests’ opinion is very important to us. We regularly check the feedback returned in the guest questionnaires and take the utmost care to respond to various requests. Since Lake Balaton is a living lake, algae come constantly to every item in the water. Until now we cleaned the stairs on the sun stage from algae every day in the morning, but from now on every day twice, so that it won’t be too slippery. Until now there were 2 yellow signs on the sun stage that in can be slippery, but from now on we put a third sign in front of the stage as well, so that everyone can see our warning. We feel deeply sorry about your injury. Our receptionist wanted to call for ambulance or taxi, but it was not needed, after that he suggested to visit the ER of the city hospital. We do hope that everything is all right with the injury. Unfortunately, there were two fire alarms in the hotel indeed, thanks God they were both false alarms. One of our guests put an electric aromatizer into the guest room, and the sensors of the smoke alarm system detected it as “smoke in the room”. We noticed the device only after the second fire alarm, then we forbidden at once the usage of it. Next time our housekeeping colleagues will pay attention on such devices in the guest rooms. A hétvégén Balaton körüli kerékpárversenyt rendeztek, melynek startja és célja is Siófokon volt, így nagyon sokan hagyták a város ezen részén egész napra autóikat.
