Fantastiskt hotell!
Fantastiskt hotell, är väldigt nöjd. Personalen var super. Enda negativa var att sängen var litet väl hård.

The room was better than I expected. It was large, clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had a pool table which we used on a daily basis. The breakfast was the best that we have had during our 60 day trip. There were a lot of options which were replenished frequently. The best part of our stay were the people who worked there. Gonzalo who assisted us with our luggage and our daily needs. Susanna and Axel who were there at breakfast and greeted us with a smile. Lorenzo with whom I was able to speak Italian to and answered any questions. Marc who assisted us with train issues. When I think back on my stay at the Sabatic it is not the room or the amenities that I will remember fondly. It is the people who made our trip truly memorable. It was like being among by friends. I would strongly recommend this hotel, it is the only one I would stay at in Sitges.

Property was new, clean, has many amenities so I didn’t need to leave hotel if I chose to - pool table, swimming pools, gym, fitness/yoga classes, live band, DJ music. Breakfast was vast, many healthy options. Loved my suite, it was complete and spacious. Towels were soft and thick.

A wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at Sabatic. Very nice and clean rooms. Only minor issue with the room was that the tv was not level on the wall. Also there were re occurring power outs in the whole building, but don't really know how much you can blame that on the hotel

This hotel is a higher grade than most in Sitges. fabulous rooms,beds to die for etc.2 pools are big and maintained immaculately, large sunbeds and plentiful. Breakfast was ok, lots available and quite healthy. Limited condiments, mustard, sauces etc. Most had to be asked for inc eggs.Milk was luke warm and cereals a bit stale. Bread was divine and cold selection and pastries. However it was all too austere and the funeral music horrific. Sitges Is a vibrant, happy, festival town, the people are warm and joyful. This hotel missed this at every opportunity instead it concentrates on esthetics and a zen approach that leaves you feeling cold. It completely lacks atmosphere. They provide some entertainment but it's awful.As for the free vermouth tasting,don't bother. Sunday afternoon at the pool there was a DJ for 3 hours in the afternoon,fabulous,she played pop classics and had everyone in a good mood otherwise no one interacted, should be daily. Everything has a hefty price tag. We paid over 2 thousand Euro for 9 nights,upgraded to a huge room which we were grateful for. While the rooms are high spec, things like sinks are not practical except for tooth brushing or shaving.it does not allow to wash underwear etc. Staff are lovely but young and nervous. Shuttle drivers are great but this hotel is a top a steep hill out of town,this service needs increasing.a taxi is 10 euro a trip to town. It's all a bit fur coat no knickers

Hotel ist neu und hochwertig mit sehr schönen Zimmer/Familiensuiten. Es liegt ca 15 Minuten (1km) von City Center und Beach. Hoteleigener Shuttle fährt einmal die Stunde. Manche Mitarbeiter sind professionell und bieten eine zweite Fahrt wenn der Minibus mit 6 Personen voll ist und andere sagen einfach nein. Shuttle fährt nur einmal/Stunde. Es gibt ein großes Adults-only Pool ( ab 14 Jahre) und ein kleines Familienpool, was eher ein Planschbecken ist. ( 0,5m-0,85 m). Wie sollen hier Kinder, die schwimmen können, drin schwimmen? On top ist es umgeben von Gebüsch voll mit Mücken und Wespen! Absolutes No-Go zumal Familien viel mehr bezahlen für Unterkunft und Verpflegung. Frühstück ist sehr gut aber die Küche hat Nachholbedarf. Sie kochen sehr fettig u.a. Pommes triefen vor Öl - das darf in so einem Haus nicht sein, zumal das Restaurant teuer ist. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einem Neubaugebiet. Es gibt nur ein Supermarkt und sonst nichts!

Ein schönes Hotel mit stylischem Flair. Zentrum und Strand gut zu erreichen (für die sehr bequemen Gäste gibt es auch einen Shuttle Service innerhalb des Ortes). Das Hotel ist Sauber und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider sind die Fahrräder die zum Verleih angeboten werden in keinem guten Zustand. Musste beim leihen sogar ein weiteres wählen, das dann leider auch nicht ganz fahrtüchtig war (hinteres Rad verbogen und schleift/bremst somit am Gestell, Ketten nicht geölt & somit keine vernünftige schaltung möglich). Dazu kommt das mir leider beim Parken des Rades der Sitz gestohlen wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Allerdings war das Verhalten des Supervisors (im Gegensatz zu seinen Mitarbeitern) nicht besonders Gastfreundlich. Er war leider nicht eigenständig daran interessiert mit seinem Gast über das Geschehen, Wohlbefinden & sich über den Zustand der Räder zu vergewissern. Mir wurde immer wieder gesagt das ich den Sitz zahlen müsste & mehrmals versichert das die Räder gewartet werden ( wobei die freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Verleih selbst sah das alle noch vorhandenen Fahrräder, in einem nicht gutem Zustand waren) Als Gast geht es mir persönlich nicht um die 20-30€ die soein Sitz kostet. Es wäre angebracht gewesen sich um den Gast zu kümmern. Stattdessen den Gast, der über eine Stunde bei 35 grad mit Kreislaufproblemen & schmerzendem Fuß das Rad zum Hotel Show zu belehren. Zum Schluss ein „Thank you for your time“ war nicht besonders nett.

Amazing hotel. Lovely relaxing decor in the rooms and all very clean with modern tech (Bluetooth speakers, cast to TV etc). Staff are wonderful and always happy to assist. Great location to be able to walk into Sitges each evening after having enjoyed some time around the gorgeous pool area. The free vermouth was nice too. Didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was very expensive. Only annoyance really would be that there were very often children in the adult-only pool which made it quite noisy. Other than that it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great new hotel outside the hustle and bustle of Sitges town which we enjoyed for 7 nights. Lovely and spacious suites and friendly staff. Breakfast was well curated and delicious. Internet access was good and location is superb if you want peace and quiet. What we didn’t like in a nutshell - balcony could be more private as one side overlooks the next balcony, adult pool was lovely but they were allowing children in when there’s a children only pool, they do need to apply the rules strictly as it is publicised as adults only. Prices in the minibar were very high. A lot of good 4 stars offer complimentary soft drinks in the minibar so perhaps Marriott should look at this. Some teething issues for a new hotel but overall highly recommended if staying in Sitges.

Hotel situated on a roundabout about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Check in took,over 30 minutes and we were the only ones there! Misinformation about how to leave the car park and no ability to lower air on in the room as it is set to 23 degrees. On the plus side, the underground car park is very good and as it is a new hotel the decor excellent. Rooms are large and well equipped. Did not eat there as we left early in the morning but the recommendation they gave us and booked in town was very good.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Unfortunately it is let down by the poor service and clueless staff. There was a problem with my room during my stay which took almost 12 hours to be resolved, with different members of staff telling me different things about the situation. The young lady from "Guest Experience" lied to me by telling me she had just telephoned the technician. It later became clear she hadn't done so. It is very frustrating to be lied to by a member of hotel staff.

Wonderful hotel. Great facilities. Fabulous Pool. Excellent Service. Loved the DJ sets in the evening. Enjoyed the outside cinema night. Lovely room with great balcony. Would have loved a bath in the room, but you can't have everything! Food very nice, but a little pricey for the quantity. Overall excellent stay and would be back in a flash.

Where do I begin…this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The property itself is only 7 months old and it looked like they just cut the ribbon everyday. They offer a vermouth experience that I would highly recommend. Food in the restaurant Pasatempo was great. oven grilled Sea Bass was perfection. Came into Barcelona for business and while this hotel is a little commute , it was well worth it. The town of Sitges is well worth the effort to visit. Consider Con Marti for a wonderful dinner

Great Hotel But Lacking Service/Staff
- Pool bar is never managed so had to get dressed and walk down to the reception bar every time you wanted a snack or drink. - Hotel room had broken glass on the floor, I stood on one piece and found a huge shard behind the door. - Bill when checking out was hard to decipher, wasn’t clearly broken down so didn’t really know what I was signing for. I did notice a drink added from the minibar which I never drank so could have been more. - Hotel staff very friendly and kind mannered however sometimes seemed overworked rushing around trying to do multiple jobs and serve multiple people at the same time. - Umbrellas aren’t 100% safe: small gusts of wind blow them over. I saw two get blown into the pool and one fell on an empty bed. Luckily no one on it. - Breakfast is very expensive! - You get a decaf and regular coffee pod each morning in your room. Each time I used the regular pod, a decaf one was put in its place which was frustrating not being able to have a regular coffee each day. - The conditioner bottle didn’t work for 3 days I was there. A new one was put in but it also didn’t work. Finally broke it open on day 4 to use but it fell off the wall. Positives - Hotel is beautiful! Flowers around the gardens are stunning. Rooms are stunning. Bathroom is beautiful. Balcony is large. - So much space in the hotel outdoor areas, about 10 beds or more per person. - I had the pool to myself almost all of the time. - 10 mins walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle.

Great New Hotel
Great stay at the Hotel. Service was amazing however the hotel is new and some of the usual amenities were not available. The facility is perfect, two nice large pools are available.

Recently opened hotel. Still some evident snagging problems (trash cans don't work well, staff routines/checks are not great, some facilitates in the room are not set up well). The breakfast was great, the hotel reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are generously sized. The pool is awesome.

The staff were very good and we enjoyed the lounge area in the evenings. Only a short walk into town so not too quiet. The two pools means children can have fun yet adults can enjoy their pool too. Junior suites are spacious but not suitable for self catering. Sitges is a beautiful place to visit

Hieno loma uudessa hotellissa
Rentouttava loma Välimeren rantakaupungissa. Hotelli oli avattu vasta pari viikkoa ennen vierailuamme. Upea huone, jossa erillinen makuuhuone ja olohuone. Iso parveke. Uima-allas ja matala lasten allas. Hotellilla ilmainen shuttle-service asemalle ja rantaan. Upea aamiainen. Erittäin mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Uudessa hotellissa oli tosin moni asia vielä hakusessa. Tieto majoituksen hinnasta ei ollut välittynyt hotellille, joten jouduimme selvittelemään asioita laskua maksaessamme. Lopulta kaikki selvisi hienosti. Hotelli ei ole halvimmasta päästä, mutta rahalle sai täällä kyllä vastinetta.
