Repeat customers
We love this place and book it every year when we come to Aspen. Great location and has a full kitchen to prepare all our meals. Hot tub is the best way to end the day.

Snowmass
The unit was very old and had many things that needed repair (like cupboards that kept falling off the track, poorly filled holes in drywall in the bathroom). The VRBO picture shows the outside of the building not the actual unit. No air conditioning, the knives for cooking were useless, not sharp at all. Fireplace was also dirty. Very tired and dated property.

The homeowner is currently in contact with the HOA regarding interior improvements, we will replace the knives, and have addressed the cleanliness concern of the fireplace with our housekeeping staff. To clarify, this home does not list an AC as an available amenity which is common for mountain homes in the area. We hope we may have the opportunity to host you in the future for a truly pleasurable stay!

Yes the property is “older” but everything is still in great shape. Easy access to the slopes. Communication could have been better as I had questions prior to arrival and email support but was never replied to.

Outdated and Small
This is a nice cozy apartment, and for the price, it is not a terrible deal. However, all the appliances are very old, the TV is in a bad location, and there is not anything too special. Also, I am used to rentals being better stocked with essentials such as condiments, oil, and I have even stayed in places where toothbrushes and other bathroom items are available. It's these little things that take a rental to the next level.

couldn't get into unit. property manager unresponsive.
the lockbox code given wouldn't open up one of the two lockboxes for the unit. the lockbox that would open up with the code was empty and had no keys. I had to rely on condo front desk staff to get a set of keys as the property manager listed for the unit I was renting was unresponsive.

Spring Skiing at Snowmass
This condo was perfect for our family of 3. I only didn't give it 5 stars because the appliances are very outdated and the TV is in an odd location. Other than those two minor complaints everything else was perfect. The location for hitting the slopes was perfect. It's just a short walk to ski in/out. Very easy short walk to the Snowmass mall. We rode the bus into Aspen on several times. Plenty of towels (even beach towels for the hot tub.) Highly recommend!

Great stay in Snowmass!
This condo was comfortable and perfect for us while staying at Snowmass! The retractible wall to separate this studio into a 1 bedroom was a nice surprise. The office staff was helpful for getting change for the coin washer and dryer. The only negative comment would be that the kitchen could be stocked alittle better. As I like to cook, I found the kitchen in need of a few things such as teaspoons, oven mitts, grill utensils. I know many people eat out while vacationing so this wouldn't be as much of a deal. The owners were accommodating on offering me the opportunity to buy and they would reimburse, which was nice!! I would definitely stay here again!!

If you love the 1980s, you'll love this apartment. It's starting to show its age, in everything from the plastic sink to the wooden skis on the wall, but has the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Outside was nice but inside was not.
The outside of the property including the waterfall and hot tubs were beautiful. The condo itself was a bit dingy. The bathroom was not very nice. The mattress was quite hard. However, the sounds from the waterfall certainly helped with sleep.

Perfect Colorado Getaway
The Condo was conveniently located near food and transportation. Very easy and smooth process to check in and leave the condo. All of the facilities worked well in the condo and its close location to Aspen and the many surrounding trails made it a perfect central hub to go on various hikes in the surrounding area.

Quiet, Quiet, Quiet!
A couple of negatives first. Condo slightly dated and could use a face lift inside room. Steep hill to access from parking area is a total B!TCH! Now the positives, through Vacasa no hassle with property management-This is a big plus for cutting people out of the equation!! Didn't feel confined, plenty of room for 2 of us to relax in the evening. Balcony/veranda with plenty of shade in the afternoon/evening and the sound of the small waterfall very tranquil. Did I mention quiet? This room was very easily accessed with no stairs! Big windows to open at night for great sleep. 15 minutes to Aspen and everything you wanted or needed. Very happy we chose this Unit for first time in Snowmass Village. Look forward to next visit.

Perfect for a low key couple's getaway
The property was exactly what we expected and very close to the shops in Snowmass Village. It was clean and tidy and the Vacasa team that manages it does an incredible job. They are clearly very organized and service-oriented. Nothing over the top and nothing forgotten. From here we also had great access to our wedding at Snowmass Valley Ranch and to Aspen/Maroon Bells for some fun exploring over the rest of the trip. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Laid Back convenience
The location of this condo unit is fantastic, with ski-in/ski-out to the main Snowmass Village lift a couple of paces out the back door. A few blocks down the hill the other way will get you to Village shops and restaurants and the awesome free bus to Aspen. The unit is a slightly-worn conventional woodsy space that is quite large and more than adequate for a couple. It is very clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable hanging out there. One thing to be aware of is that this unit is independent of the Laurelwood Condominiums' management services, and as a result, a few of the Laurelwood services are not available to renters of this unit. It did not affect us in the least, but the crew at the desk will point out that they do not manage the property. Check in was very easy through a lock box and all was just as described. Internet is free and very fast. Overall, a good value and choice with a top-notch location.

dated studio that charges for parking & overlooking parking lots
this is a studio, not a 1-bedroom as advertised. there is a flimsy plastic room divider separating the couch from the bed. dated decor with balcony overlooking the street & parking lots, making it one of the farthest units to the slopes in this complex; good value compared to other condo prices, but they do charge for parking, which I did not see in the listing.

Overall a good stay
The condo is well situated with only a short, 30 yard, walk slightly uphill from doors to put on skis and ski to slope. A short walk to the mall area too, but going to the mall is downhill and back to condo a steep uphill, tough walking but doable. The other alternative is the Snowmass shuttle and once you understand the schedule its great to get back up the hill to condo, so we walked to mall/restaurants shops etc and bused back when convenient. The bus heads up the hill at 15, 35, and 55 minutes on the hour, and very punctual. Drawback to condo was no towel change outs, condo smelled of fire place smoke, and the Vacasa management was a bit hard to reach. You have to allow half a day to get an answer on any questions or requests you have such as towels, or anything else you may need. All in all I would say a great location, and a comfortable, but a bit dated, place to stay.
