Fantastiska rum och god frukost
Jag valde detta hotell mest för det fantastiska läget mitt i centrala Sofia, men också för att priset var bra för ett femstjärnigt hotell. Vi fick två fantastiska rum med högt till tak och var även mycket nöjda med frukosten.

Luktade fukt i rummet, mattan på rummet var väldigt smutsigt, och AC funkade inte som det skall det var svårt att somna i värme och fuktigheten, Att hitta fram till byggnaden var inte lätt, man når byggnaden genom en parkering men finns ingen skylt och information om hotellet, gick till hotellet för att fråga efter ingången med bil.

1 star rooms in 5 star hotel?
The outside of the hotel is really cool and when you enter the hotel the service in the from desk is good. But when you enter the room it’s one of the worst I ever stayed in with old smoke and mold smell and it’s updated last perhaps in the 80s. The smell was so bad so we asked for another room and we got one that had a little less smell…. The breakfast is good and has what you want but the staff there need some service mind. The rating of this hotel is way of on hotels .com and does not live up the reality.

A weekend at old Sheraton in Sofia.
Doesn't live up to5 stars. Breakfast not better then in a 3 star, to little to choose from. Took the waiter 30 minutes to bring me my cappuccino for breakfast. Stayed in a room that was to soon be renovated, lots of traffic noise in the room 24/7. Location is perfect in the center of Sofia. If anyone in the hotel is reading this, here is a friendly advice. Smile to your customers, I only met a few in your staff that smiled and was service minded.

Bra läge och service
Bra läge och bra service. Sen är det nog en smaksak kring vilken stil man gillar. Detta är ett gammalt anrikt hotell med inredning därefter. Charmigt och gemytligt, men inte modernt.

Topphotell!
Hotellet är elegant, "magnifikt", har bra service och ligger mycket centralt. Stora och bekväma rum.

Bekvämt hotell med centralt läge
Sängarna var superbekväma. Hotellet låg så centralt det går. Promenad avstånd till allt. Frukosten ingick inte men vi tog frukost förstå dagen. En stor buffé med det mesta. Tycker priset 150 kr per person var lite dyrt. Så de andra dagarna gick vi ut och åt...blev ingen buffé men vi blev mätta och belåtna för för ca 100 kr för 2 personer

A small gym, but no coffee and tea in the room
The hotel had a gym we didn't know about until we got there. It had everything we needed, but the sauna didn't work. There was no coffee and tea in the room, which I usually see as a standard in most modern hotels. Overall, great hotel, nothing to complain about.

Utmärkt läge
Läget är utmärkt, centralt och inom gångavstånd. Rumspriset var mycket rimligt men frukost ingick inte i bokningen och kostade 20€ per person. Buffén var omfattande, men för dyr ändå. Rummet var rent men var litet. Personalen var hjälpsamma.

Great location, walkable everywhere in a few minutes. The lady at the front desk was amazing. A couple of the male staff were rude and likely need customer service training. We had a bad experience with the airport shuttle. It was late in the morning and we nearly missed our flight. And we paid EUR 40 each way (vs premium taxi or Volt rate is EUR 16). When we asked the front desk gentleman for help, he actually shrugged his arms, and then he left not to return. And we had to walk a block to find if the cab was there.
