“We really enjoyed our stay at the Chalk Hill Cottage. It was clean and well set up. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was rainy and wet all weekend so we are hoping to book this cottage again so we can enjoy the outdoor area including the gas firepit.”

“The property is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Only major downside is the access from the main road. The 150m side street into the property is in horrible shape with crazy, huge potholes. It was very difficult to drive in with our rental without grounding out some part of the car. If you have an suv or truck it is not likely an issue.”

“The only thing the property was missing was a stove. We don't want to eat out. We went grocery shopping before we checked on only to find out the stove is a decoration. The bath tub/shower is horrible. I'm 6'3" and couldn't get under the shower head. Other than those 2 things, the place we wonderful and we would stay there again.”

“The cottage was our base for a few days of touring wine country. The cottage is a lovely hide-away in a quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, we didn't take advantage of the outside amenities. The kitchen is well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues that have been reported to the property manager. Note: The upper parking spot is quite steep and your car may bottom out when entering or leaving.”

“Super cute, cozy little place close to everything you need in Sonoma. It's clean and comfortable. The decor is quirky and hippie-ish, in a good way! And there are goodies! There was a bottle of wine, 2 bottled waters, popcorn, candy, and tea and coffee. Monica is friendly, fun, and a most gracious host. We lived it and plan to return.”

“Amazing cottage great location enjoyed all the facilities - gorgeous warm pool really hot fire pit at night and one of our party left a bag that the host Mark fedex to us the next day - Incredible service cannot thank the host enough and will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend this place.”

“The Villa and location are absolutely stunning! The pictures are accurate, but do not do the property justice. It is a breath-taking view! Everything from the booking process to checking in was very easy. Randy was very polite, responsive, and accommodating with all of my questions and request. It was raining when we arrived, and Randy grabbed umbrellas for our whole group to do the property tour. No details were overlooked at this property.
