Celebrating a Wedding
We had the best time while staying here. The home is really quite large, bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished. The home has EVERYTHING you could need. We defiantly will return if we are back in the area. It was such a wonderful weekend for all, thank you to Jessica for checking in with us prior to our arrival. That made us feel so welcome.

Gorgeous Property--Great Hosts
Jessica was so wonderful--great communicating and went above and beyond to help us out. The kids (1, 2, and 6) all loved the toys in the house and played so great together. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need and was great to cook in. Thank you for everything!

Fabulous Sonora Retreat
We had a fabulous time at this new home in Sonora. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions and the home was beautiful and well stocked with essentials. This will definitely be a repeat stay for our family.

Great for a big group
This place was great for our large group and we slept 13 friends comfortably with the addition of a couple of air mattresses. The host was friendly and responsive when we had issues.

Great Escape
Every year my parents, brother, and sister and their families come together for a summer getaway. Enjoyed staying in this home. We fired up the grill and just relaxed. Great outdoor spaces and everyone enjoyed the pool. Overall, great experience and would book again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!
The property was better than advertised! House was very spacious, clean and organized. Great for kids with the room with the double bunks. Back yard pool and spa was awesome! Our host Jessica was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We all loved the overall experience! We will come again hopefully soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THIS ESTATE IS A GEM!

A wonderful place inside and out
This house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend - ideally located on top of a hill overlooking the property, 360 degree views and and a sun filled, private back patio with hot tub and pool. Even though it was April and pool was too cold too swim, it turned out to be perfect for a quick cold plunge or to hang out on floaties. The inside of the house is spacious with an enormous and well stocked kitchen open to the living room. The bedrooms are large with excellent mattresses and quality linens. With two additional air mattresses provided by the house, twelve adults were able to fit comfortably. Jessica, the owner of the property, was extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering to bring us donuts for breakfast. All in all a well deserved five star rating.

Perfect Spot for Family Reunion
Fantastic experience with Jessica who was so communicative and helpful. The property is lovely and is spacious enough to accommodate 12 people without feeling like we’re on top of each other. The open concept living space is great! Location to town and Dodge Ridge is convenient.

Perfect home for groups!
Jessica was such a great host and communicated often and promptly with us before and during the booking process! She checked-in to make sure we had all we needed. This home is perfect for a big group, there is more than enough space for everyone. The pool, hottub, fire pit, boche ball, etc was definitely a good perk! The home is secluded enough to really feel like you're on vacation, but not too far from town/stores in case you need anything. We did get visits from the ranch cat! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Super responsive and professional!
Jessica and Brandon were super responsive. We had concerns with the wildfires, but they eased our fears with pictures and open communication. When at their home, they addressed all our questions promptly and were very proactive. Jessica noticed an air mattress leaking air, and she had an air mattress replaced and delivered to us shortly thereafter. The pool was a hit with our group. With temps 97-99', the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was very comfortable. All the kids had fun every day of our stay. Night swims were a great place for the parents to unwind and have some peace away from the kids. The bbq helped keep us all fed. We brought our own standard propane tank and hooked right up to the bbq. The massive kitchen was a place for us to get our grub and start our days. We unfortunately had an accident and Jessica and Brandon helped us through the aftermath. It's never fun to have problems on vacation, but Jessica's empathy, Brandon's help, and both of their communication helped minimize disruption to our trip. The ranch cat was certainly a daily visitor. She's very friendly, but we had a couple people who have cat allergies, so we had to spray the cat with water which was effective at keeping her away. Would have loved to get out and enjoy more of the massive property more. Boys had fun playing catch as we brought baseball gloves and mitts. Played bocce ball in the front yard and the kids had a blast. We visited the Moaning Caverns nearby and descending 165 ft into the Earth was certainly a unique experience for the kids. Will need to make plans to return and explore more of the area, including Yosemite. Thanks Jessica and Brandon for a wonderful stay!

Friends and family getaway
Our “village” had a wonderful time together at this special house. We’ve never been to Sonora and was a little worried we wouldn’t enjoy it but everyone from age 4 to 54 enjoyed it so much. The house alone had a lot to offer (pool table, swimming, acres to walk around) but it’s also so close to new melones lake where we rented a party pontoon and had a great time on the water. Jessica and her husband were very gracious and hospitable. Communication was great and they are flexible in accommodating our group. We would rent again!

Would definitely rent again
What you see is definitely what you get. We rented the property for our family reunion. Everyone raved about how the house was big enough for individual privacy but kept us all close together. It reminded me of a Hallmark movie when everyone returns home as adults and still has their childhood room. We felt like we grew up in that house. That's the love and warmth we felt from property. The kids spent endless hours in the pool. We cooked as a family in the oversized kitchen. The host checked on us via text messages to make sure that we were able to check in and operate everything properly. I would definitely rent again.

BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED!
The photo lied! It's actually more amazing than the photo! :) We planned a weekend get away without little kiddos or husbands. But there was surprise intimate dinner surprise for a birthday. We girls enjoyed the amazing huge spacious kitchen as well as the pool while sipping on our mimosa. It was so relaxing that we spent THE ENTIRE /whole weekend at the house. Couldn't be more perfect. I loved that Jessica and her family stayed in the next house down in case we needed anything but it was far enough for our privacy. More importantly, she's amazing with clear communication and extremely fast. We are looking forward to come back with the kiddos next time. Thank you!

Family Celebration
A great get-away...a hidden gem in Sonora. Very, very clean. All amenities and more provided! The pool was absolutely perfect and a highlight. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises too. Highly recommend and will return!!

I stayed at Jessica's place for a weekend trip with some friends and we had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and has a great common area for playing games/pool/cooking, etc. the property is surrounded by greenery and the area is really peaceful. A beautiful retreat--inside & out!
Our group consisted of my family of 8 from N. Cal and 5 member's of my sister's family from S. Cal. This home was a perfect gathering spot in the middle of the state, tucked away in such beautiful surroundings! It felt very private and reclusive. We all enjoyed exploring the property and made good use of the bocce ball court and pool table. We had the pool and hot tub heated for swimming one of the days. The kids loved all the activities! The sleeping arrangements couldn't have been easier in such a spacious home. The kitchen was amazing! And we were within a short driving distance to both Yosemite and the fun little Gold Rush town Columbia. We couldn't say enough good things about this place and the hosts. Both Jessica & Brandon were very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and pleasant to talk to. They keep a beautiful and clean getaway location, where endless memories can be made.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay
I can confidently say that this was my best experience with a house and host EVER. Communicating with Jessica was extremely smooth. She was very responsive and always kind to speak with, and helped me know what to prepare to bring versus what the house already had (though in response to all my questions she let me know the house already had it)! Upon arriving to the property we were floored. It was an incredible space, clean, and beautiful. We were given complete privacy. Jessica and her husband were available on the second day to answer a few follow up questions during our stay (including how to turn on the hot tub and where to take out the trash). Our group of 11 had plenty of space to sleep, including the house providing extra pillows and sheets for us to use air mattresses. We took advantage of only a few of the MANY amenities this wonderful property has. The pool table is nice, kept in good condition, and offered loads of fun. The hot tub and pool area was also lovely and allowed us to spend the full day outside. Our only regret leaving was how much we didn't have enough time to do! Staying at Jessica's property was so easy and fun. I would 100% stay again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect getaway!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for 2 nights. It’s very peaceful, tons of land for biking or playing sports. We had lunch in downtown Sonora only a few minutes away. Went for a hike at parrots trail. We enjoyed playing bocce and jumping in the spa at night. Oh and the kitchen is to die for 😍. We had a great time. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Getaway
We were looking for a place to wind down and just hang out. This property was perfect! Isolated, yet 7 min drive to stores. We needed the space and and there was enough. The 4 bedrooms were neat and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen too were up to the mark. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee and tea. The bathroom essentials like soap and shampoo were all available. We did not have to call Jessica once we checked in. If you need to step outside, you can take a nice long walk within the property itself!! Seating can be improved. (The bar stools need to be higher), an additional sofa if you are a large party would be nice.

Highly recommend!
We are a family of 12 and this 4BR house fit us perfectly with plenty of space to spread out or for game night gatherings. House is very clean and modern. Jessica is super responsive and very accommodating. I asked if there is a fire pit in this property so we can spend some family time at night outside. She moved up a fire pit for us the next day when we check in. Thank you Jessica! We made good use of it at night playing guitar, roast s’more and singing around the fire pit. There are plenty of activities to do in this 80acre land! Bocce ball, hot tub and pool table are a big hit for adults and kids. We brought a volleyball net and set up on a flat field. Our children also enjoyed playing football. They said it’s the first vacation home that has big field for them to play football. We did daily hiking within the 80acres. If it weren’t for SIP, we probably would’ve made a day trip to ski resort and to Yosemite. Kitchen and pantry are well stocked. WiFi is great (It would be the first thing kids complain about if WiFi is bad)! We have rented vacation homes for traveling with family or friends the past 2 decades. Usually about 2-4 times a year but have never return to the same property for various reasons. This is the FIRST property that everyone in the group said is the best and want to go back to next year. Highly recommend this house. We will be back!
