“The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific.
