However, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points mentioned in your review.We take pride in serving freshly prepared dishes therefore do not use microwaves for reheating.Our deserts are handcrafted by our talented chef/baker on-site and we do not offer prepackaged options.Regarding your experience with the front desk receptionist, we apologize for any misunderstanding. The situation you described was due to a language barrier with the card payment terminal (pos) which automatically includes a tipping option as well as an option for installments of which are both in Greek. The receptionist simply translated this to you when you asked her what that was and she kindly assisted you in bypassing it by pressing the red button in both options. We assure you that our team's intention was not to solicit tips during your checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience you feel you experienced and appreciate your understanding.
