“A perfect property in a perfect location with easy access to many neighborhoods and music venues. Austin had a lot of traffic, but this location made it seem less oppressive. great host and just a great space!”

“Amazing amenities, close to everything, our kids enjoyed the private backyard, the adults loved the yard games + Golden Tee arcade, 6+ parking spots for our vehicles, each master suite has a resort-like bathroom, and Brian was an excellent host. 5-stars all around!”

“My friends and I stayed at this property to view the eclipse in Austin. It is conveniently located to downtown in a peaceful suburb. Plenty of food options close by. The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. Eugene was great at communicating and really wanted us to feel comfortable at his property. We didn't have tons of people stay, but there were so many areas where people could sleep or just hang out. “Our crew was 5 adult siblings and their families (plus a grandma) and this place was prefect. The suites are massive and can easily fit kids and adults. The house was modern and very clean. The location is close to lots of stuff, we never drove more than 15 mins. The property manager was super responsive on the one small thing we needed help with. If you have a large crew and everyone wants very comfy sleeping arrangements, this is definitely the spot.”

“The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. The good news is this house and neighborhood are insulated so you won’t see or hear it. The house is nice,...

“This is the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is gorgeous. It is very spacious and welcoming. The host did not leave out any detail. It was fully stocked with everything you can think of. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling, swimming, and relaxing. I would not change anything about the place. “great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt”

“This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!”

“The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.”

“House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great.”

“Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice.”

“We loved everything about our stay. Close to everything including the river trail, shops, grocery, dining. Cool pool, a bit small though. Good gym and easy checkin process with a cool little coffee shop to boot. Very nice, highly recommended. ”
