“This was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking at for vacation. The cabin was amazing, with an incredible view of the lake and all the necessities to do cooking. The lake was a beautiful and we had a great time on the paddle boards and using the canoe. Judy was absolutely wonderful and a great host! We would love to come back again! “I traveled with a friend and we both found this cabin well-equipped every cooking utensil and pan that we wanted. We received a welcome visit from Judy when we arrived. She made sure we knew where everything was and invited us to ask for anything else we needed. The smores were great and sitting by the dock and on the large deck were great spaces to relax. We highly recommend this place.”

“Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!”

The drive in was beautiful, we saw plenty of wild life with the bonus of the fall colors starting to appear. Our main goal was to fish, we were surprised / excited that this property had a small row boat you can use outside. (Just bring your trolling motor). Grave lake is has great fishing. We would love to come back.”

The only reason I gave a 4/5 on the accuracy of the listing is that I didn’t see (or maybe just missed it) that there are many stairs to go up/down to get to the home from the car. We had one person with a broken foot (in a boot) and one person that had total reconstruction of their leg due to an accident… stairs just made it much more difficult. But, the once in, it was...

The cabin was a perfect size for us. Loved that the furniture was custom-built and the pictures are available to purchase!!! They, IN themselves make the cabin!!! It was very peaceful.
