However, I would like to bring to your attention that we asked you to leave the room after an hour of check out time and while you were returning the keys to the desk the front desk was talking to a colleague and was not trying to disrespect you by any means. But I am extremely sorry if you felt that it was disrespectful.

The hotel can only extend stay up to 2 hours after check-out any longer than that is chargeable for the whole stay, because that room cannot be re-used till the next day. I understand that not all the hotels have same policy and we can be considerate if the hotel is not booked for the day.

Hello Henry,Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. We are working hard on making sure that no guest has any inconvenience. We have ordered new phones and we are still waiting on delivery because most of the old phones were not working. We do have enough outlets in the room; however, due to most of the appliances are put by the side of the TV table most of them are being used and we also have outlets by the bed side where the night lamp is plugged and the night lamp has additional outlets for use. Regarding your firestick, I would not be sure why it wasn't working, because we have had guests use them and play stations in the room before. We do provide continental breakfast as advertised by Wyndham as per the normal standard and the timings are 6AM to 9AM. Again please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and we will make sure no future guest has to face the same.

Hello Nick,Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay at the Super 8 in St Charles. The pan cake machine is not broken it works fine and we have had no issues till date, its possible the pan cake batter was over and if you ask the front desk person, he can change it for you. The front desk is always available except for a reason that he had to move for some guest concern. All of our full time residents are also guests and if you travel for business often, you would know that all guests are treated same way. Most of the people cooking in the room have been notified several times; however, they are also guest so you can understand that we can only ask the guest to follow the policies; however, thank you for bringing this to out attention. We will try taking strict actions towards guest not following hotel policies.

Regrading security, the doors have dead bolt locks so they cannot be open from the outside, we can use insulations because this is a very old building. The breakfast offered is a continental breakfast as per the Wyndham guidelines. When you checked in you were informed not to live pet alone in the room but you still left the pet alone in the room and other guests complained about it and that is the reason you got a call from the front desk. The room you are complaining about was recently renovated but I will surely look into your complaint and make sure there are no future occurrances.
