“This is a great unit! Location is about a five minute drive from town, high above the car ferry dock, and very close to Starfish Market if needed. It has an extremely large deck with gorgeous views of St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basic supplies (water, coffee, sugar etc) to get us started, which was much appreciated. Beach supplies were also provided. “We checked in for a short getaway and were pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in hotels but we wanted to be able to stay in a make our own meals and this was perfect. It was quiet and secluded and the room was clean and comfortable. It had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back the next time we need an escape. We didn't have a car but they provided us a list with cab drivers that were familiar with the property so we didn't have any issue getting to or from whenever we needed...

There were generously many condiments, coffee, etc provided upon arrival which was unexpected but great to get started! “Happy Place was wonderful. The home is newer, nicely landscaped, and well appointed with Kitchen-Aid appliances and quality dish-ware. With the pull-out sofa, it worked well for our family of four. It’s a short drive to a nearby grocery, the ferry landing, and Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. Parking is ample for both units, which is a huge plus on the Island. The owner provided a small ice-chest, beach towels, and a few chairs to take to the beach - which we used daily. We hope to return next...

“The family had a great time staying at this comfortable and clean, hillside condo overlooking greater Cruz Bay! For our first trip to St. John we wanted to stay someplace quiet, yet convenient to the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, and the northside beaches. This place fit the bill perfectly. “A welcome relief after an unanticipated start, Avis (STT) gave our Jeep away. With our free-wheeling plans dashed, we had to use taxis. In the unit was a list of Taxi contacts along with other useful info. All the taxi drivers we contacted were very helpful, especially Moses. The unit was delightfully quaint and very clean. “The Hibiscus Suite was perfect for our short stay in St John. We appreciated all of the beach items that were made available to us and that the kitchen was already stocked with coffee, a jug of water and a few cold beers. The outdoor space is excellent with great views.”
