Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment. We do apologize for the breakfast options and service being less than satisfactory. During the renovations of the restaurant the hotel decided to cater to all the guests and offer a complimentary continental breakfast, which we understand we fell short on and because of that we do apologize! I am happy to advise however that we have a new and improved restaurant and bar, which has been open since Jan 2013, offering an amazing selection of food and beverages and you would be quite please if you were to return and see the upgrades done! We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel in the near future!

Dear Lattonia, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We would like to further investigate your credit card issues, of which we will contact you directly. Pertaining to the housekeeping issues, we wish to advise the following standards and as per signage in the room; towels are changed every 4th day unless thrown on the ground where they will be replaced daily by the housekeeper. We do daily housekeeping unless otherwise requested by the guest. If you only received one towel, we apologize as the standard should have been 2 towels. We do not put washcloths in any of the rooms. We provide a sheet change every 4th day, and our system is showing you checked in on a Friday and departed on a Tuesday, which would have been the change date. We can also verify that on one of the days, your room had a do not disturb sign and on another day, we recorded that service was declined. If this was by mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you found other aspects of the hotel to be satisfactory.
