Inget jag vill rekommendera tyvärr
Hotellet fungerade som ett övernattningshotell, vilket vi använde det till. Men jag skulle nog inte vilja rekommendera det till någon som avser att spendera hela dagar av sin semester där. Bra: hotellet var litet och gulligt och hade många tv kanaler Besvikelse: sängen var ganska obekväm, det omtalade gratis wi-fi nådde inte in i hela vårt rum, det var dåligt städat (jag fick glassplitter i foten vid två tillfällen), soporna tömdes inte, Handdukarna byttes endast ut en gång på en vecka och hade permanenta fläckar, toalettpapper fylldes inte heller på och vi råkade ut för både en ödla och en stor skalbagge på rummet (trots stängda dörrar), det var otroligt lyhört från innergården och de andra rummen och stranden låg längre bort än det såg ut på kartan.

AC did not work, no management on property to answer maintenance calls, banged on door at 8 AM after receiving maintenance request and kicked us out of the room prior to check out

Monique, we are a limited office hours hotel as states in the booking and at 2am unfortunately no one was able to assist but they did come knock as soon as they knew you were having issues, the ac works perfectly in the room if you had put it on the air conditioning setting. You were vacated from the premises due to your inappropriate behavior, exposing yourself, slamming doors and screaming loud enough to disrupt other guests.

The outside really really nice. Room 9 was not compatible to the rate at all. Very small and outdated and the area for the sink and microwave was terrible plus room very secluded. Room 9 should be used for storage not guest.

Thank you for your feedback, the studios do not have kitchenettes per booking site. Room 9 also is set up with separate living room area which the other studios do not have. We hope to see you again and would love the opportunity to show other options.

Crystal, Fort Denaud

The property is nice and had a pool although I didn’t get a chance to use it, was only there one night. Staff was super responsive with communication, easy easy check in, didn’t even have to go to a desk, just straight to the room. There is some wear and tear for sure, but this happens in places on and near the beach. But the room was clean and the bed was awesome. I’d def stay again.

No hot water when we arrived so had cold showers, mattress not comfortable and the living room couch was only a fouton and not comfortable. Called about the water and it was fixed within a few hours. Not a good experience

Thank you for the feedback Catherine, once we heard about the hot water we corrected the issue immediately. The futon allows for extra overnight guests.

For the price it is not worth it- there are so many updates that should be done, to towels, nicer pillows, to bathroom faucets, shower faucets, shower curtains and hooks, rusted. New hooks only cost what, $10? Etc….. I would not recommend!

Older but well kept property. Justin and Dawn worked hard everyday keeping things clean and updating rooms. Beautiful clean and well heated pool. Convenient location within a 5 minute walk of Corey Avenue bars and restaurants. Beach Trolley stop right next door. Would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room smelled like cleaning solutions mixed together causing my wife and I to become ill and have to leave. The bed was just box spring and mattress on the ground. This place way outdated and not worth any money. The property management company refused to refund us even though we only stayed 2 hours before becoming ill from the fumes.

Disappointing
I was given room #9, to find the room was a task by itself when you arrive and need to use the bathroom so badly. Finally, after I found the room and entered I was not able to turn the lights on, it was too dark to look for the switch. I had to run the light on my cell phone to be able to see around me. After finding the switch, there was no light bulb in the light fixture or it was burnt out. Also, the parking was limited and finally I found a spot it says towing enforced, and the property in front of the parking was not clear if it was part of the hotel, until I started digging around to make sure my car would not be towed. It was not funny when you are tired and need to sleep and being worried if your car is safe or not.

The staff was amazing. We arrived on Thanksgiving day and they had an entire thanksgiving meal made for everyone at the property. Would definitely return!

The property was very "old Florida" - quaint and very clean. Once we received the proper link, check in was easy. The pool looked beautiful, but we did not have time to use it. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach where you will find many options for restaurants. We would stay there again!

Great place to stay
We really liked the room and the stay. The check in was easy. The room was very comfortable. Very nice pool and sitting area around the pool. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The room was very clean and there was zero noise, even though we were very close the street. Loved this place and will use it again

We were never told that our room could be on a second floor. So, we were put on the second floor. Being older difficult to climb. For the amount that we paid, we expected to be in a better room. Door in the room to bathroom broken off at the bottom or chewed!!! Dirty fountain in the courtyard with broken fountain, overall looked terrible. Could have stayed at a better hotel for less money. Will never recommend or stay there in the future.

The pool is amazing - I was disappointed in the marijuana smell in the courtyard. This is a smaller motel and near the best Italian restaurant in Florida. Close walk to Walgreens and other stores. Although it is older, and a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The office is not open often but the staff were friendly and helpful when they were there.

This is old Florida at it's best!! The staff was ahhhhmazing! The room was super clean, nicely decorated, and beds were comfy. The area was quiet and felt safe. There is a nice pool with waterfall and fountain outside the office. We got locked out at 10pm and staff immediately responded to our request for help! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town!!
