The MidSouth
Stayed with a group of racers for the week/weekend for The MidSouth. Nice space to relax and prep. Back patio was nice. Big kitchen too. Good communication with host when I adjusted the length of my stay. Would recommend!

Pete Retreat is perfect
We can't say enough good things about Pete Retreat. It's location is ideal with short walk or drive to Eskimo Joes, Boone Pickens and other hot spots. The quality of the interior is exceptional, and the larger backyard gives the family a chance to spread out. We look forward to returning to this property on other visits to Stillwater.

Game Day Perfect
Pete’s retreat was the perfect weekend spot for the Bedlam game ! Less than a leisurely 15 minute walk to the stadium, restaurants(Eskimo Joes), convenience store etc. The house suited our 6 adults well with two bedrooms, two baths and also a set of bunk beds. Even though as SOONERS we didn’t have a lot to celebrate, we all got together that evening and had pizza and dessert at the house. Open kitchen, dining and living area is spacious and allowed plenty of room for friends to join us for the evening. Lots of room to entertain in the fenced back patio area as well. Owner was very responsive and checked on us several times even though there were no issues. Thanks again. Blessings, The Diacons

Perfect little house in the heart of OSU
The house is the perfect open concept home to spend time with family and friends and feel right at home. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we needed to be. We hosted breakfast for family in town and then grilled steak in the backyard for lunch. Cozy, clean and as cute as it can be. Rhett made sure we were able to check in early and made sure we were happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

First Time OSU!
We had a great visit for OSU freshman orientation. The house is adorable, beds were comfortable and and everything was very clean. Great location relative to campus. Only complaint (as mentioned by others) was the lack of window coverings in the living and dining room, as anyone could see straight in once it was dark outside. Overall, great, and would definitely stay again!

Great house, great host
I was in town for the MidSouth Gravel Race and this place was great. The college area is a bit rundown, but Rhett's house is newly remodeled and very comfortable. Would def stay again and recommend if you're doing anything in Stillwater

Celebration
This property was just like staying at home and allowed us to offer a “home” experience to celebrate our daughters birthday with a few of her friends. It also allowed me to bring my mom who is battling cancer and be a part of the celebration without dragging her to restaurants. Kitchen had it all and the house was just honestly perfect. It will be our new go to for the future!!

Perfection in Stillwater
This property is perfection. From the communication with the owners to the décor to the amenities to the location - it was absolutely delightful. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Stillwater, including corn hole! It was a short, safe walk to OSU and Boone Pickens. The house was spotless and looked like Chip and Joanna had just been there. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were better than most of the nice hotels we've stayed in. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Pete's Retreat is a Treat!
So nice finding this darling, newly updated, pristinely clean house to rent. Communication with property manager was excellent. We enjoyed the backyard lights, fire pit, grill and corn hole! We had a characterie box waiting for us when we arrived, which was a really nice touch! You do have to like a firm mattress, as the beds are very firm. Lots of parking! We hope to stay here again!

Cutest little bungalow in Stillwater
Updated, clean, so Joanna... This VRBO property was perfect for what we needed. We had a little hiccup getting in the home and within seconds it was fixed... bonus the property managers even provided a little surprise for us which we were not expecting but was much appreciated and consumed by us starving travelers. The Bungalow is within walking distance of OSU and Eskimo Joes (about three city blocks). Oh and a big bonus for us moms was the adult beverage store located across the street. Although, our potential students were a little concerned about some of the neighbors. Even though we were a little uneasy about the neighborhood we didn't feel unsafe staying in the home. However, I did wish there were window coverings on the front room and kitchen windows so at night we didn't feel like we were on display. Also, we would have liked to enjoy the adorable outside patio and fireplace however the neighbors 5 dogs continued to bark at us without avail. Tho for the most part we were not at the home long enough for it to be a huge bother. Overall, I would 100% stay at this little Stillwater Bungalow again, it was a great VRBO with top notch amenities.

We loved our stay at the Pete Retreat! It was the perfect place to stay during our college reunion weekend and we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend staying here!
