"Amazing location, Nice facilities and lovely breakfast with a lot of local and international (and some Indian..) dishes, Pool area perfect for a last day before going home. The only really bad thing was managers - this was the first time i noticed how staff was really shuffling around their personell on the rooftop, both by the pool and at the restaurant. You could even feel the impact on the staff; it was completely management by fear. The service would really improve if managers lead by example, talking to guests and behaving accordingly. On a better note was staff at reception; doorbell helped us out really well, and also receptionist where super friendly and professional. "
