On your observation that "the beach has rocks": In Spring & Summer of 2023, the beach was in a slightly "raw" state compared to normal. Once-a-decade hurricanes always strip the beach of sand, but subsequent summer and Fall storms always fill it back in. But when Hurricane Nicole struck last year -- in November (a freakishly post-season storm) , there were no subsequent tropical storms to move the sand around again. Although the owners all chipped in and spent millions to replenish the dunes and beach front, where the water meets the sand, it's still a little naked. Fortunately, as the the tropical weather heats up this Summer of 2023, the sand is already filling back in and the beach in this area getting back to normal. We'll see you next year!

(On the jetskis, as you might recall, your wife and I discussed this topic in detail when she first booked the home. But on the day you checked in, it emerged that she hadn't shared the details with you about how to procure jetskis in advance, so you were surpised to not see any. As we discussed, the jetskis are easy to come by, and reasonable, but due to State of FLorida vessel-registration requirements, arrangements need to be made in advance due to the fact that liability insurance waivers need to be signed, and -- in some scenarios -- a brief 10-minute training session is required ) We'll see you next time!
