Stuart review.
The property had many great features and we were impressed with the quantity of equipment: kitchen, water sports, games, condoments, etc. We really enjoyed the sunrises over the Atlantic and the sunsets over the river. We named the house on the Atlantic Sunrise and the house on the river Sunset.

Desperately trying to have this host respond to me
We initially had a great stay at Ying and Yang even though my wedding celebration was ruined with Hurricane Nicole. Al was helpful during the evacuation process. Even was kind enough to offer us a refund or future comp for our stay! Very nice of him. But sadly 6 months have gone by and no response since the beginning of February. I would truly like to handle this amicably and hope that this is a one time thing with Al, as ive read so many wonderful reviews! Please respond back to us Al and i will gladly change this. Im begging at this point. . .

Wonderful Family Vacation
As always a stay in one of Al's homes never fails to satisfy. Even though the weather was not in our favor this week it still was a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying the variety of activities to be enjoyed. The attention to detail in hosting is what sets these properties apart. Things were well maintained, very clean, and fully stocked with necessities. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

Simply amazing
These properties had absolutely everything needed for you to have an amazing vacation. Things that did not even come to mind were already in the homes saving me a trip to the store and allowing me to fully enjoy all of their beautiful amenities. These were 2 out of the 3 properties that we rented for my wedding and we loved each one of them. Will definitely be a place for us to come back to. Btw AL was amazing!!!

Our Host AL Knows How To Make A Vacation Even Better Than Home
Wowzer! What a rental. Hard to believe dwellings so fun and fine are available for rent. Our children are spread across the East coast and after the Pandemic we were looking forward to seeing each other again, after 2 years. AL made it easy, A to Z. Thanks AL! You’re organized, quick to respond to messages and check-out was easy easy. Kitchens were stocked with lovely extras, accessories and folk it was all spotless. Each of the bathrooms came with a lovely toiletries gift bag and the rooftop hot tub had the best view. You gotta see it. Outdoor sports equipment was neatly land out and perfect for family fun. Thanks for everything Al.

Bradlee Family Reunion
We rented both Yin and Yang and another property for a large family reunion. The ocean front home although beautiful, was not as well equipped and much different than the Riverfront. We cannot say enough about the riverfront and would love to rent that again in the future. We invited some local relatives to join us one evening and they too are interested in renting the property. Attention to detail was fantastic. THe Views and the amenities were great. It was clean and well equipped, far more than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in . Everyone who stayed there loved it. We had a few issues, fridge, elevator, which were handled quickly bu Property management. The other home on the ocean showed a lot more wear, the rooms were very small in comparison and there were many leaks when it rained. All in all, our family had a FABULOUS vacation and came from all over the United States. I would be happy to do a great review on homes and will look at renting in the future and taking advantage of that 25% off.

Thank you for your review, and for sharing your impressions of the several different beach houses that you rented for your large family reunion of several dozen. And much appreciation for the mention of our repeat-visitor loyalty discounts! (Every guest who returns -- or tries a new beach house -- gets a healthy discount when they re-book via VRBO) You also make an observation about a different beach house that you rented -- Gemini Beach, that saw a little bit of water get in one day during a tropical storm that roiled the area. Gemini Beach is the oldest beach house on the island and is a historical landmark. (As the oldest home on the island, it's survived many hurricanes in its 55 years, and is a bit more "seasoned" -- and a few dollars cheaper -- than the two newer homes that comprise Yin & Yang) Looking forward to hosting you again!

Great Places for Large Groups
We rented both Nirvana Shores and Restoration Sands for an intimate beach wedding with family and friends. Both properties are stunning and the prop. mgr was responsive to our questions during the stay. I would highly recommend these properties. They came fully stocked with everything you need - and then some! We had a group of all ages (infant to senior) and everyone had a fun time! We can't wait to go back in the future!

2021 retreat
Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Communication was by far the best. The homes were better than advertised. The attention to details were everywhere. It was like checking into a 5 star hotel. Slippers/Bathrobes/Bathroom amenities/Welcome basket, etc. The homes were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC was perfect. Showers for 26 guests were hot. Outside, the grills were of the highest quality. The water sport toys were abundant. The homes locations were perfect for awesome sunrises and sunsets. As mentioned above, I can’t say enough good things about this property. If there was a 6 star option, these homes earned it. Michael Silverman

Sunsets and views for days
This property was exactly as explained. I had a group of 31 adults with disabilities and we all had plenty of room and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. One house is directly on the river great for fishing. The other house is directly on the ocean. The homes were generously stoked with everything needed. The views and sunsets were to die for. Definitely recommend!
