After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - We're sorry if the temperature wasn’t up to where you liked it when you arrived. We have a mini split heating and cooling system that guests can control to their comfort, and it shouldn’t take long to adjust the temperature in the unit. Additionally, there is an electric heating fireplace in the bedroom where guests can set the temperature. - We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home, however, we do accept well-behaved pets and are sorry if you found some dog hair. - We did just find a suitable shampoo holder for the claw foot tub. We have passed this along to pest control to ensure that this issue does not recur for future guests -We apologize for the issues you were having with the dishwasher, it is a brand new unit and we will have it checked to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded.
