“This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.”

“We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.”

“This townhome was perfectly designed for a large family or multiple families to share and have plenty of privacy. It was pristine, squeaky clean and very well organized with 2 fire places for cozy ambience. The skiing options at Bald Mountain were perfect for different levels and it was a 6 minute walk to Bald Mountain lifts and into town for shops and restaurants. LOCATION could not be better.”

“The furniture is from the early 90s or 1980s. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the owners don't put more modern furniture in this place and make it feel less heavy and brown then it currently is. It's a really really nice place other than that. The old furniture gives it an old person vibe. The refrigerator is really nice, but all of the utensils, glasses, cups, are kind of random and feel like they belong to someone else. I prefer short term rental houses to have newer utensils,...

“We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Ketchum. Great communication from the host who was able to accommodate an extension for us at the last minute. House is right by a bus line that takes you directly to town or the ski lifts. Highly recommend, we’ll be back.”

“The location is wonderful, near Stanley and Sun Valley. The home has a fantastic kitchen and good supply of utensils and gadgets. Also, big patio w grill and jacuzzi are great features. Our only issue was that there is NO AC in this home. At night it was around 80 degrees inside which was quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The bedroom with three beds/three teenagers had only one working window which was placed right by one person’s head. No screens = lots of bugs. It did not cool down inside...

“This property was excellent for our family ski trip to Sun Valley. Very well appointed kitchen, extra linens, and towels for the hot tub. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. The location to town and the mountains was great, we were able to walk along a path to ski each day. The property manager, Brian, was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!”
