Nyrenoverat rent och bra läge på detta hotell. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Eftersom det inte fins frukost på hotellet rekommenderas en runda till Metro där det går att handla frukost, ett billigare alternativ mot cafeer o restauranger.

Nöjd
Bekväma sängar men för hårda kuddar, fick huvudvärk och ont i nacken av dem. Rena rum och badrum. Alla i receptionen var trevliga förutom en med glasögon som pratar med en med attityd som om man vore dum. Hade också varit bra om man kunnat stänga av fläkten i badrummet så det inte är för kallt.

Härligt område
Hotellet ligger i ett bra läge i en lugn stadsdel Potts point. Trevliga cafeer och restauranger nära. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Våra rum var lite små men rent och snyggt.

Great location
Great location and nice hotel. Clean and fresh. Comfortable rooms, but a bit too small and very noisy. You can hear other guest sneeze!!! great staff and very poor internet.

Dear Teodor, thank you for the feedback. During your period of stay, which was from 29th Dec, the hotel was full due to the New Year. As a result of this, this was a lot of movement from the guests when they move in and out of their rooms and the hotel. Please accept of apologies as it was beyond our control. Allt var ok för priset utom bussen till flygplatsen. Tog mycket längre tid än angivet och en person var tvungen att gå ur och ta taxi och fick inte några pengar tillbaka.

Friendly staff, clean, in a perfect area for walking around Sydney or catching public transit. So many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again!!!

I loved the beautiful black and white terraces and the fantastic eating options throughout Potts Point. Walking distance to Paddington and city, very close to Kings Cross station also. Bathrooms are quite small but overall the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Staff amazingly helpful. Beautiful building room was too small to easily fit a king size bed and no storage space/closet. Problems with housekeeping but staff responded quickly all minor points. Altogether very positive! Wonderful neighborhood!

The location is fabulous. The overall style, atmosphere and decor is wonderful and the team here are warm and welcoming. The only downside for me is my room was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. The window wouldn’t open so I couldn’t get fresh air, the shutters didn’t stop any light coming in and there was a strong outdoor light which illuminated my room at night so it was challenging to sleep. On the whole though, I will return but I’ll definitely ask for another room.

I wish I could get more access to public transport from there, as we had to walk 10 min to catch a train every single day. I know it is not bad at all, but mum is 72 years old with a bad knee. Just to help to consider it for you next stay. Overall the hotel was nice.

Room far too small and not fit for purpose. Not suitable for a double bed and it would have been impossible for two people to be in that space. Very difficult to stand in the bathroom in front of the sink as toilet in the way. The room was not cleaned or bed made for a two night stay. Small window overlooked an alley way with noisy ac generators.

My stay was extremely pleasant. The location was great and the ambiance throughout was so comforting. Check in after hours was of ease as the instructions were clear. I had a great 3-night stay. Super clean and the coffee station in the front lobby was very nice.
