Perfect location for budget minded travelers
Initially stayed here due to a group trip but then prolonged my visit at this hotel, because it is fairly good and central location to what I remember an attractive price. It is located just south of Hyde Park and a 30 minute walk through the park (or 2-3 stops with the metro/subway close by) away from Circular Quay where the Sydney Opera House is. I also appreciated the guest laundry where I could do my laundry on my own.

Used self check in which was quick and easy. Unfortunately the key card didn’t have information loaded into it so we then had to go through normal check in. Good location and amenities.

This is actually a nice hotel but the internet is awful. We were there for 5 days and most of the time the internet was unusable. We complained about it a few times and they reset it but it only worked for a few hours. Apparently it is an issue they are working on but it was never good the 5 days we were there. Other than that the place is really not bad at all.

Very good location. I stayed there for six nights. One day, there was no room cleaning, but the person managed to change the towels and take out the trash. And the only complaint to make was about having cockroaches. Mainly in the kitchen area, there were even cockroaches inside the microwave. I wasn't afraid, so it was fine, but it must be agreed that it was the only bad thing.

Very basic hotel at $250/nt. No gym other than a poor one at a nearby hotel. The room didn't Ven have a toaster. Small fridge with broken door tray so nothing stayed in place. The shower tiles need new grout. Mediocre at best

Have stayed here multiple times because of the great location. Rooms are clean. Our shower was a bit average. We went to the hotel bar for happy hour and the guy working was friendly and made great cocktails :)

The hotel room bathroom was outdated, requires a redo and was small. We were double charged by the hotel (we didn’t realise until checking out) and when we pointed this out to staff, there initial response was ‘you should have told us when you were checking in’.

Very noisy with guest room doors slamming all night and early morning - many airline crews stay in this hotel and clearly they don't care about waking up other guests when they are checking in or checking out. Possibly hotel staff also slamming doors as were next to a staircase and utility room. Secondly the room sizes are all different and the one we were allocated was smaller than usual - so we were tripping over each other. Erratic hot water in the shower. The checkin was totally stressed with our booking "lost" and it took best part of an hour to complete. Overall not good value for money.

It was good hotel. Clean and today and perfect for our stay. Just one issue - the wifi internet was not good. We couldn't connect on any device and tried to call reception on several occasions and got no response.

Excellent refurbishment under new ownership. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is good value for money. Would be 5 star except that reception seemed unable to understand my booking when I extended it and at one point locked me out of my room despite me telling them I was staying another night the previous day.

地下鉄MUSEUM駅から徒歩4分､ハイドパークから徒歩3分で交通至便である点は最高。ﾎﾃﾙは昨年2023年11月にRenovation済で全館綺麗で満足。朝食もﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞ方式でまあ満足(7泊滞在で内容がほぼ同じで飽きたが) ﾌﾛﾝﾄのｽﾀｯﾌも個人差はあるが、まあﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰでした。ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞﾒｰｷﾝｸﾞの女性もにこやかで好感が持てた。以上が良い点。 以降は改善を要する事項。部屋から部屋への館内電話はRoom no.だけ入力で可能とあるが通じない。友人と2人で2部屋利用していたが、ずっと使用できず。ﾄﾞｱｰ・ﾛｯｸ又はﾄﾞｱｰ･ﾁｪｲﾝが無く外部からの往訪時には覗き窓から必ず確認してからドアーを開く必要あり。ﾛｯｸしたつもりがﾄﾞｱﾉﾌﾞを回すと自動開錠される構造のためです。 私はてっきり内線電話の通じない友人が訪ねてきたと思いこみ扉を開たらインド人風の男が立っていた。奴もビックリしたみたい。ｼｬﾜｰは壁に固定されていて日本人の我々には使いづらい。ｶﾞﾗｽ扉もｸﾞﾗｸﾞﾗで不安定、椅子もなく特に下半身は洗いづらい。 近くにｺﾝﾋﾞﾆも2~３件あり観光には便利なホテルだと思います。

Having travelled a long way, we arrived very early for checkin. The staff member recognised this and managed to find us a room which was greatly appreciated. 15 minute walk into main shopping area. Would stay there again in the future.
