整體住宿體驗不錯。但是前台Olivia服務態度不好，對待客人的合理要求應對不及時且不夠禮貌，建議加強溝通話術的培訓。另外，客房點餐種類太少，可否增加一些帶有地方特色的台式菜品或小吃。或者增加外賣送至客房的服務，謝謝

It was an excellent stay this time. They kindly accepted an early check-in even though I had no M.O. subscription so that I could taken shower at the swimming area to release my midnight flight. Much appreciated. Of course room was great, nothing issues to report here. They cleaned up the room after I came back from outside at the same day. Really thank you, especially to an experienced receptionist lady or manager?who took care of the early check-in and she still remembered my sir name that's reminded me here's great place. Also when I check-out, a concierge arranged my a bit difficult requested that'd also appreciated so much.

チェックイン時丁寧な日本語で対応いただきました。 その他のスタッフも丁寧な接客でした。 朝食のバイキング、品数も豊富で美味しくいただきました。地下鉄の駅まで若干距離がある点、二日目の掃除でバスタブがそのままだった点が残念でした。また、訪台した際は宿泊したいです。

Nice short stay in one of the best hotel in Taipei. Location is superb, nice and quiet. Walkable clean street. The arcade offers multiple fine dining options. Service is excellent. Recommend club floor for more exclusive stay.

二泊しました。結論から言うとトラブルが多すぎで不満。 部屋掃除をしていない事と火事のせいでゆっくり寝ることができなかった。 フロントのスタッフのレベル高くお薦めのお店を紹介してくれたり良かったです。 ただし、二泊目の部屋掃除はしていなくガッカリしました。 確認したところ、掃除をしなくて良いボタンを押してあったという事。そもそもボタンの場所も知らなかったので私たちは押していない。 恐らく最初からその設定だった。もし、このホテルで二泊以上する場合はまずは入口のボタンをチェックした方がいいです。 また、アメニティも補充したと手紙がありましたが、一切されておらず持ってくるように依頼しました。でもなぜか部屋に入った形跡があったのでここのクリーニングスタッフは信用できません。貴重品などは金庫に入れるがロック付きのバックに入れることを薦めます。 こんな事は今まで泊まった高級ホテルでは初めての経験でした。 更に朝方、外が騒がしく空調の音もすごくうるさく電話も鳴ったのでただ事ではないと思いドアを開けたらところ火事が発注しており、消火は終わったという事でしたが、焦げ臭くゆっくり休む事は出来ませんでした。部屋をチェンジするという事も言ってくれたが、朝7時のタイミングで変えると言われても迷惑に決まってます。 お風呂の洗い場と浴槽の壁の裏側にカビがあるので掃除もしっかりしてほしい。浴槽に入ると目に入る。掃除のスタッフのレベルは最低。 チェックアウト時も特にフォローもなく、マンダリンというブランドって思った以上に大した事ではないと思いました。

已經多次入住文華東方台北,每次住宿體驗均滿意,唯此次在享用早餐時內人發現菜中有頭髮,讓此次住宿感受不佳.用餐時本人亦注意上菜人員有戴網帽但未配戴手套,希望貴酒店 能加強食物清潔管理,期待下次入住能有所改善.
