Bullrig ventilation och ostädat
Centralt i Tallinn. Något slitet och nedgånget hotell. Halvhjärtad städning. Fick be receptionen att tömma askfatet i vårt rökfria rum. AC fungerar, men mycket bullrig även på lägsta hastighet. Återvänder inte. Det finns bättre hotell i Tallinn.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, quiet location. Extra plus for a little sea view from our window. The hotel had done a good job for a safe stay. For us as family it was the perfect choice. Beds and pillows was so me personally too soft, but that is not the hotels fault. Next time in Tallinn this will be the hotel I choose.

Dålig städning
inte bra städat i rummet varje dag.Jag klagade på städerskan och hon kom men gjorde inte rent. De har inte dammsugit golvet och inte bytt lakan ..Jag var besviken.

Great location, near to everything. Tasty breakfast. Waitresses do really good job to keep restaurang tidy. Clean and quiet room. Very uncomfortable bed. We were told in reception that important details like type of bed were not receved by a hotel from hotels.com. We were very surpriced that hotels.com failed to communicate that piece of information. The problem was solved anyway. It’s great with kettle in the room but its would be even better with a mini bar och tiny fridge.

Nice hotel - close to shopping center and old town
Good service, nice room and central hotel few minutes walk to the old town. Booked a superior room but was chocked I didn’t have a minibar in the room though! Breakfast was good, not so many vegetarian alternatives which the hotel should consider! Good place for a good price I must say!

Don’t recommend.
Waiting over 30 min for check in, another 15 min to just buy water (just next to check in) using the same station where you do your check in doesn’t make sense. Almost an hour to get your room because of a que at 11pm after a long flight was really tiering and annoying. Same scenario unfortunately when checking out, waiting over 30 min. Not reception staff fault as they were polite and did their job but the system and management who put just one person there to take care of reception and kiosk should re-think! Location was great and close to everywhere. Rooms need update but it was clean and comfy. I think there are better options to look at if you are looking for a hotel as time is valuable and here you loose a lot of it.
