“The property did not have our reservation from Expedia and when provided informed us they were full and could not accommodate. They then did not replay or connect again for 3 days while in Tanzania without our scheduled second camp accommodations we paid over $1200 for. Very disappointed in this camp and Expedia. We had a great safari over all and ended up bailing on the northern Serengeti and getting a hotel in Arusha after a few days in the bush. ”

"Zanzibar is a beautiful island with friendly people. The hotel is nice and the views are beautiful. However there is no beach at the hotel. The straff is kind but very untrained and many do not understand English which makes restaurant and room service challenging. The food is at a good price but at its best average. The hotel management is rude and did not Ask a single question about our stay. Head of food and beverage was very kind however. The ordered and confirmed transport from the airport to the hotel did not show up at the airport and we were luft waiting for an hour and after that had to arrange a taxi for ourselves in the middle of the night. Upon checkout they tried to chargé us for this… if you are looking for a true five star experience you should consuder another hotel. "
