Caro ospite, ricevere la Sua recensione quale RIPICCA per avere dovuto pagare regolarmente il supplemento per il terzo letto- visto che la prenotazione era per solo 2 persone - risulta a tratti "goliardico", ma di certo non rispecchia i reali servizi ricevuti.

odore di bruciato di polisterolo e rplastica del rivestimento, ascensore corridoi e perfino nei cuscini , intera parte dell'hotel inagibile, inoltre, siamo arrivati tardi per blocco autostrada per rogo vicino a Taormina, ci hanno dato una camera singola con un letto stretto dietro ad una colonna al posto di una doppia bagno sporco, con la scusa che era l'unica stanza che avevano pronta , non ci sono venuti incontro con un cambio stanza o sconto oppure offrire una notte sostitutiva- l'odore del rivestimento in polisterolo e plastica bruciata è terribile.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per 2 notti. Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione nel mio pacchetto era inclusa la colazione, quando siamo arrivati lì ci hanno detto che l'hotel non offriva questo servizio e nonostante ciò i 2 caffè che abbiamo preso le 2 mattine li hanno aggiunti al conto. Il secondo giorno la camera non è stata pulita la mattina appena siamo usciti, siamo arrivati alle 15 per lavarci e la camera era come l'avevamo lasciata la mattina. È stata poi "pulita" prima della notte. La camera molto carina, attrezzata di frigo, phon, freezer, cassaforte, televisore. Ma servizio e organizzazione pessimi. Non ritornerò ovviamente

Si se quiere visitar Taormina, dejar claro que este hotel se encuentra bastante a desmano. Se necesita el coche para todo. El desayuno muy pobre, y los empleados que lo servían poco serviciales y muy despistados. En cuanto al hotel propiamente dicho, ciertas manchas de moho en varias paredes me dieron una impresión muy mala, de decadencia y falta de cuidado. Muy mejorable. Como cosa buena destacar la gran amabilidad de los dos recepcionistas.

Schlimmster Aufenthalt in einem Hotel
Ich war noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel wie diesem. Die Zimmer waren dreckig und der Service war auch sehr mangelhaft. Die Putzfrau hat das Zimmer nicht geputzt und das Frühstück war so lieblos hergerichtet. Ich würde keinem dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Man bekommt genau das was man bezahlt
Ich war mit einem Freund 9 Tage auf Sizilien und dort hatten wir gebucht. Für den Preis ist es wirklich ok, alles da was man braucht. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Fön und sowas. Betten waren auch immer gemacht, ebenso die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Einrichtung hat schon einiges mitgemacht wie man sieht und auch das Bad ist recht klein für jemanden über 1,83cm. Was mich aber am meisten genervt hat, ich bin wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll oder pingelig, dass waren die Türen. Die scheinen aus Pappe zu sein und sehr schlecht eingepasst. Kurz um, es ist unglaublich hellhörig dort. Man hört oft andere touris nachts vom saufen kommen, poltern und die Türen Knallen. Alles in allem darf man für den Preis nicht zu viel erwarten, wer aber so wie wir keine großen Ansprüche hat, der hat da ein solides Zimmer.

L'hotel gode di un ottima posizione per gli spostamenti sia in macchina che con i mezzi possibilità di navetta gratuita per la spiaggia che porta in un lido a pagamento molto tranquillo. A due passi dalle gole dell'alcantara e a pochi passi da Giardini Naxos. Parcheggio privato ampio.

No internal stair case and a smallift. Not good if you don't like lifts. Room hot and air con not efficient. Could hear next door neighbours. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff were ok.

purtroppo, la struttura è stata reinventata in modo inverosimile con un passaggio realizzato in tunnel plastico con notevole escursione termica per raggiungere la sala colazione oppure la reception. Il buffet della colazione comunque non è stata allestito perché hanno detto che eravamo pochi ospiti ?!??

The hotel is very close to the motorway junction but a long way from Giardini Naxos or Taormina. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are functional and clean. Parking is available in the forecourt of the adjacent Citroen dealer. The neighbourhood is basic but there is a supermarket approximately 200 metres away. The hotel is ideal for an overnight stop but not as a base to tour the area.

L'Hotel è situato in un punto abbastanza centrale vicino sia ai Giardini Naxos che a Taormina o Lentojanni, sia vicino a luoghi da visitare ad es. le Gole d'Alcantara, il Castello di Calatabiano o la spiaggia di San Marco. Anche se il nostro soggiorno è stato vittima di sfortunati eventi, ad es. piogge incessanti, straripamenti di fiumi e piccoli malori...il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e presente per ogni necessità. L'Hotel è curato e pulito, la camera è confortevole con aria condizionata e mini bar. Ringrazio la Signora Maria per il piccolo regalo fattoci il giorno del nostro 1° anniversario di matrimonio, la colazione era ottima. Grazie a tutti i componenti dell'Hotel Inn è stata una bella vacanza....alla prossima...! Tiziana e Diego

é stato un piacere,consigliatissimo!
Personale accogliente e gentilissimi,servizi come colazione, parcheggio e sopratutto navetta (importantissimo perché in 2 minuti ti portava al mare) eccellenti,unica nota stonata la pulizia delle camere,in 4 giorni che siamo stati non hanno cambiato le tovaglie nemmeno un giorno, per il resto eccellente,lo consiglierei ad un amico o se l'anno prossimo dovessi tornare a Naxos sceglierei lo stesso hotel!!

Strange hotel
Stayed for one night on our road trip. Cheap, strange hotel in the middle of nowhere. Small, but more or less clean rooms. Aircon did not work but they gave us a new room rightaway. The best thing about this hotel is that it is cheap and no problem to find free parking.

- El WiFi no llegaba a la habitación. Nos teníamos que conectar en las zonas comunes - Está alejado de Taormina, pero es más asequible de precio que las ofertas en la misma ciudad. - La recepción, ascensor y zonas del primer piso tienen encanto, pero la parte de arriba, donde están las habitaciones, es más funcional. - Nuestra habitación estaba casi al final de un pasillo largo, la distribución del hotel en sí no parece la más lógica, requiere muchos desplazamientos, para las dimensiones reales. - El desayuno muy variado (fruta, tartas de varios tipos, croissants, etc) y muy sabroso. Parece que hay poca cantidad, pero el personal encargado del mismo está atento en todo momento y repone continuamente. De los mejores desayunos que he tomado en un hotel. - Tienen a mucho personal trabajando (recepcionistas, chófer,... ) para las dimensiones del hotel. Todos muy amables y serviciales, aunque no todos dominan el inglés o el castellano, por lo que dificulta la comunicación. - Tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito para los clientes a la playa más cercana o a la parada de autobús para Taormina. Es un BMW X5, pero en función de los servicios que deba hacer, puedes esperarlo hasta 40 minutos, por lo que puede interesar moverse en el propio coche de cada uno, si vamos justos de tiempo. - La ubicación no es del todo buena, ya que para todo debes depender de coche (particular o el servicio de transporte del hotel)

La habitación amplia, pero con 5 o 6 metros de ventanas a las que les daba el sol toda la tarde, cuando llegabas era un infierno y el aparato de aire muy débil para refrescar la habitación medianamente pronto. En el desayuno con el comedor repleto de gente traían unas bandejitas de jamón y queso con 8 fetas cada una que volaban y luego tenías que esperar 15 minutos que repongan.

The description of the hotels include three important non-truths; 1) "Located in Taormina". It is NOT located in Taormina but rather in some industrial area about 10 km outside of Taormina (one exit before on the highway); 2) "Hotel Inn is close to Giardini Naxos Beach" Well, maybe close enough but NOT walking distance - not even possible to walk due to impossible roads to cross with no pavements; and 3) "Guests receive complimentary transportation including an area shuttle within 15 km and a beach shuttle." This is an outright lie! We asked, and we were given a schedule for a city bus which ran every 30 min to Taormina with a transport time of 45 min and last bus back at 22.45! There are shuttle busses from Giardini Naxos but as mentioned above, it's tricky to get to Giardini Naxos. So to sum up: Do not stay here if you plan to visit Taormina.

Acudimos a este hotel para intentar evitar los altos precios de Taormina sin alejarnos mucho de la zona. La situación fuera de un núcleo urbano hace imprescindible el coche, pero tiene la ventaja de tener aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta. El hotel está bastante nuevo y las habitaciones son sencillas, nada especial a destacar. El personal que nos atendió fue agradable.

A welcome relief after a stressful road trip
We were travelling from Agrigento, and had taken a side trip to Piazza Amerina, when our GPS led us straight to a dead-end. During the frustrating extra hour added to the journey, we were looking at several hotel options, and decided to just drive by, and check them out before booking. Our first and second choices were in pretty dodgy locations, so we were getting frustrated, and went ahead and booked our stay at the Hotel Inn, based solely on the pictures. What a nice surprise! Upon arrival,the owner, Salvo, greeted us warmly, and after we had freshened up, he arranged a car to take us to a local restaurant. The location might seem off the beaten path, but it is right off the Autostrada, and just a 7 minute drive to the beach of Giardini Nexos, and only 15 minutes from Taormina. The off-street parking was also welcome. The rooms are very modern, and updated. The staff was friendly, especially Francesca, who was very helpful with a referral to a local boat excursion. Salvo's mother was also very sweet, and always made sure that we had breakfast, and that our room was spotless. We had a very early departure time from Catania, and Salvo was on hand at 4 am to make sure that we got on the road safely.

very good place to stay close to Taormina
Although the the city in which it is located it is not Taormina and a bit peripheral, this hotel has a very good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are big and clean.
